Awful place for a pedicure. It was a foot soak. A hastily cut of my cuticles that left blood and a slap of polish.
There was no massage no lotion and she only filed 3 toenails. The exfoliation process was barely enough to apply and wash off. The only "scrub" I got was during the wash off process
Staff was rude. Very rushed although it was mid day and there was only 1 other customer. I've had colleagues tell me they had similar experiences. Don't bother donating your cash to this place

Price of getting my eyebrows waxed went from $18 to $22 and it cost an EXTRA $4 to do the centre of eyebrows. Customer service is terrible.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went in for a pedicure & an eyebrow wax. My wax was sloppy & rushed so I politely vocalized my displeasure with how my eyebrows turned out, I asked to have it fixed and I was rudely snapped at and told “TOO BAD” by the “lady” who performed the waxing service. Save your money folks, this place is not worth it.

Got my nails filled here. She is extremely rough and in a hurry. Color selection is scarce. Price was way too high. I wanted gel but they only do acrylic and charge a gel price. End result she did a good job on my nails but won't be back.

My sister and I went today. The two working were polite and friendly. Their English wasn't great which is why I think a lot of people find them rude. They were not to us. We spoke slower and asked them to repeat when we didn't understand. They were thorough and did a great job. The salon was clean and quiet. It was a nice relaxing experience.

Absolutely ridiculous prices! I got shellac mani & regular pedi and was charged $138. Not worth half that price! Quality of work is fine, but place is just ok, staff barely looked at me, I couldn't watch the tv that was on wall because other staff person was blasting something on her iPad. Will absolutely never go back.

Awful experience, girl was rude and all my nails are crooked. She seemed to be in a rush and annoyed with us. Was very rough and sloppy. I tried this place on a whim because my regular place was full. Will not be back stay far away.

Went on New Year's Day, the worst experience of my life. Me and my sister had arrived on time. I asked if she could get hers done as well bc I didn't make an appointment for her. They said she would just have to wait. She was ok with that. Nail tech was very rude. Showed her what I wanted then she proceeded to tell me the shape that I wanted was not going to look good on my nails. That square was better. I declined and told her I wanted oval shape anyways. Asked me what length I would like. Then said make sure that's what you want I don't want to fight after they are all done and it's not the length that you want. I told her I wasn't there to fight or argue with her I just wanted my nails done for New Years. My sister didn't end up getting her nails done as they were so rude. I will never return back. Do yourself a favour and don't even bother going as you will be talked down to and horribly rushed and was so hard on my nails.

Thought I would try Hollywood nails back in October. I got myself a full set of Acrylic nails. The price I was told was $60. I ended up paying $90 … $100 with a tip. Two days later a nail broke so I returned to the store. Only to pay another $15 and deal with ignorance…I was told it was because I have a daughter that’s why my nail broke. They were rushing, not to mention super rough and Quite frankly my nails turned out nothing compared to the picture. Bumpy, not shaped properly! Nothing like the original photo I showed the woman! I ended up going to LA nails In Woodlawn (Dartmouth) which was an amazing experience I have been going there sense! They fix my chips or broken nails for free and are very welcoming people very good prices and can do any design you want! Today I wasn’t able to get to Dartmouth so I figured why not give Hollywood another chance. As soon as I walked in the door, I was told that they would not fix my nails because I went to another place!? !? Was told to leave because I didn’t book an appointment. There was no communication, no accommodating my broken nail! I was told I was rude.because I wanted my nail fixed. Not sure what I walked into but it was not a good experience for the second time! This women is hateful and rude! Complete ignorance the second I walk in the door! I WILL NOT BE BACK! Ever again!
