Food and prices were great. Room was a little cold but they had turned the heat on high for us.

Server was terrific and attentive.
Parking was great.

Service was great, my food was horrible. My egg roll was soggy and floppy, rice was mushy, sweet and sour chicken was spongy. Wonton soup is my favourite soup, but when I ate this I gagged. It has absolutely zero flavor, and most pieces of pork were just fat. Chicken chow mein is good but that was the only edible thing in my order.

Oolong tea with authentic Hot and Sour Soup. A brilliant, hearty flavor burst on this fall day. Loved it and good for health too. Remarkable view of Digby Wharf.

When I entered the restaurant, I thought it was a traditional Chinese restaurant in Asian countries such as Korea, China, etc, but I think it was a restaurant tailored to the local environment and tastes. Overall, I wasn't disappointed. I liked the Chinese songs I heard as a child and the Chinese-style interior. We ordered a set menu and it tasted great.

Excellent food. Dining room has one of the best harbour views in downtown Digby. New waitress tonight.she is excellent!

Tons of choice. Tasty food. Nice to have a seniors menu with lots of options on it and more then enough food served.

We live in Yarmouth, House of Wong has insanely delicious authentic Chinese food! Thank you for the specialty dishes; you are worth the drive when we have a craving for Chinese. Please open a take out only in small shop in Yarmouth.

Open late with a large dining room in a town that closes fairly early. Food was good. They have a large menu and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. Get the hot and sour soup if you like spicy food. The staff was kind and attentive. The decor is an old Chinese restaurant style.

If you are in a hurry, go to McDonald's. There is no buffett.
We had combo dishes that were large and quite good.
All were plentiful and tasty. We will definitely be going back.

I come here at least once a year. I have not been disappointed. Rainy, cold day, wonton soup warms the soul. Thank you!

The food was not tasty. Sweet and sour chicken consisted of chicken nuggets with lots of breadcrumbs, topped with a chemical sweet sauce, to which a lot of sugar and colorings were added. The fried rice was supposed to have chicken in it, but I couldn't find it. Other dishes were either too salty or had little flavor. Asked if they could take my seafood allergy into account. This was not possible, they fry everything in the same frying fat.
Large portions.
The decor of the restaurant is very dated and not very clean. Table was sticky.
Next to the entrance you found smelly garbage bins. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Dirty Chinese restaurant I had dinner there and the next morning I couldn't stop pooping diarrhea and was sick from there dirty food I will never ever go there again

The hot and sour soup was great and the beef Egg foo young was tasty. Will definitely be back to try some more dishes.

Haven't been there in a while. Will definitely be back sooner this time. The food was great.

I can't say anything bad about the food but the service is really bad me and my family would go often last 2 times took over a half an hour before our server would come take our order and there was only like 4 tables with customers so they weren't busy last time after 25 minutes we walked out

We had our traditional NYE Chinese meal, this time at House of Wong. A first, for us, but definitely not our last!

NYE was hectic and the one server was absolutely run off her feet, between sit-downs and take-aways. Despite this, she remained friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, we believe our order didn't make it to the kitchen after it was taken because a number of tables who ordered after us received their orders, ate, paid and left before our appetisers arrived. However, the server noticed how long we'd been sitting there quietly, hustled to get us some food, and then the host who brought us our entrees offered to heavily discount our meal without any prompting from us. (In a rare moment of patience, we had realised stuff happens and given the time of year, we just sat and enjoyed each other's company.)

Once we received our food, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity. HUGE combination plates (seriously, we could have shared one and both been full). We tried so many yummy items.everything was well-seasoned and cooked very well. The gravy on the Almond Chicken was some of the best gravy we've ever had at a restaurant. The meat egg rolls were awesome. The rice was addictive. I'm not sure what it was - we rarely eat our rice - but we ate almost all of it from our plates.

Definitely worth checking out while passing through Digby!
