Amanda was very helpful with the process of filing my taxes and very professional and nice to deal with! Definitely deserves a raise or promotion

I am appalled at the service I've received. No one is replying to me. I'm at my wit's end. Taxes have still, after 5 months, not come to a definitive conclusion. I have emailed, and called many times to absolutely no avail.

I've had the same person 3 years in a row. She's great! A bit pricey if you want your return right away but overall excellent service.

Useless service, they didnt update my address properly and I was given a penality by Canada CRA. The persons name was Kumudu. My friend also had similar issue. I came to know about this issue after calling CRA and waiting for 2 hrs on that call as my friend informed me about his thing.they charged me over 300CAD. No care whatsoever just making money. Nothing compared to US H&R. Its not about service these type of things needs to be handled properly or it stays on our record forever or we may get into lot of trouble due to this. I will make sure I will inform everyone in my company to NOT go to H&R

Terrible service. Staff ignore urgent emails, don't answer the phone, and don't respond. If you need them in a serious situation, they will not be there for you.

Amanda Lemoine is a gem. She was very knowledgeable, kind and I got the service I needed in a professional manner. Couldn’t have asked for a better representative. Thank you.

My appointment was mis scheduled and the wonderful woman holding down the fort fit me in knowing I travelled from our of town.
Not only was it crazy busy but she kept it together, shuffled things and made it work!

(Edited) I initially had a bad experience with this branch trying to get my taxes done. I reached out in March and as the tax deadline approached, wasn't hearing anything from the tax consultant I was matched with. I called several times, trying to get updates, and each time was assured by an employee that my taxes would be done, but since they would not incur a late fee, they were prioritizing other taxes first. This was very frustrating. Eventually they reached out in late September (5 months after the tax deadline) and apologized for their service. My taxes were done very quickly after that, which I appreciated. It turned out there was a late penalty for my taxes, despite what I'd been told, but HR Block covered this. I appreciated the way they fixed the situation, but I am a bit wary about using HR Block in the future.
