I got my hair done here for my wedding, I was super excited to get the style I wanted. Was putting my hair in the hands of the stylist. She asked if she could cut some of my hair, i was fine with it as i was expecting it to still blend with my hair after i tokk the style out. That is not the case. The updo barely made it through my ceremony and was completely fallen out by the end of the night. It is heartbreaking to see that rhe biggest day of my life I was focused on my hair. When it came to removing the updo my hair was matted and and completely knotted. I know hair spray can cause it to be difficult to get out however I have had multiple updos before for events and never had this much trouble or damage to my hair. There is breakage in my hair and my scalp is super red and agitated. I was not the only one, my bridesmaids had to fix their hair upon leaving the salon and they felt it was a waste of time and money. When coming in to sort it I was offered a refund which I truly appreciated, I'm mostly posting this for any other ladies who have long hair and want an updo, please take the time to really express how you feel with your hair and any concerns especially if asked to blend some hair if your not naturally curly haired I wouldn't recommend it as that made my face framing pieces super uneven. It was heartbreaking to see my hair break, while trying to remove the hairstyle that didn't even last more than a couple hours.

Always incredibly nice and friendly, never had a bad experience. Always leave with a haircut I like. Couldn't ask for more.

Friendly enough staff but can only describe the hair cut I got as minimal effort and totally uninspired. Still charged $60 for it. Do not recommend.

I’ve been going to HS salon for several years but after my last experience I won’t be going back. I was there for 4 hours for highlights and my hair ended up looking very brassy and darker when I was finished. I also have naturally blonde hair so it usually does not take much to lighten it. I’m not sure if it was the toner they used but definitely not worth the time or the price. I now have to find a new stylist to fix it. I tried reaching out to the salon to solve it or get a refund but never heard back.

Horrible experience. For $300, you would expect your hair stylist to have experience and know what she’s doing. I was there from 5: 15 to 9: 45 because the hair stylist had made a mistake with the colour. She had to ask other staff how to fix it and I still ended up with tiger stripes that are uneven and have no transition. The end result looked nothing like the picture we had agreed upon. Since the girl was running behind due to her mistake, she was rushing and didn’t even style my hair properly at the end. My hair was still wet.

Now I will have to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed which is frustrating because I don’t have much free time in my busy schedule.

Please avoid this salon if you don’t want to pay top dollar to have your hair done by someone who is still basically a student.

I went for above services before a trip plus a lash tint. I booked appointment well in advance. The person Thst performed the services was very sweet and did a great job on my nails and lash tint. My issue was the salon did not have the products to do the lash lift and I was very disappointed I couldn’t get Thst done before my trip. I feel they should have offered a future discountu or reduced my charge or something to make my disappointment easier to handle.

Best place for hair cut! Affordable price, very professional. The hairstylist did a great job and the haircut he did is really beautiful. Salon is well maintained - very clean!

Would never go back here for any service. I came here many years ago when the service was actually top notch but now when they say they “specialize” in a certain area I’d watch out. Tape in hair extensions were awful and when they started to grow out could not get an appointment. The glue matted my hair to the point it wasn’t reversible. When I called for help they told me to use coconut oil. Needless to say. This didn’t help. Ruined my already fragile hair. BIG NO NO!

Please do not come here for a haircut. They will literally REFUSE to cut your hair a certain way. And then charge you full price for it.

Met with Desiger Manny at HS Studio. He asked questions as to what I expected with this visit. He listened to my request and he proceeded to accomplish what I needed. I will return.

Although I've only been here twice it's time for a review. My stylist's attention to detail, level of service, professionalism, personalism and skill is bar none. I'm not a huge fan of the dance music being played but that's a personal preference. I don't have to say a word and the stylist makes me look great. I highly recommend the studio and my stylist Manny.

Just got a haircut from Robyn and i love it! I let my hair dry naturally today and the whole cut dried beautifully without me doing a thing. Thanks!

My 11 year old daughter had her first real cut (not just a trim) wolf cut with curtain bangs. She was looking to make a change and for guidance. Colleen was exceptional. She gave an honest opinion, took time to explain the work involved to maintain this hair style to see if my daughter was committed, taught her tips and tricks on how to style, was so patient and full of passion. You don’t see this often this day in age so I felt the need to leave a review. My daughter loves her cut and this hairstylist. She said she only wants to see her from now on.
