Hudson's Bay

Today I visited the Bay at Mayflower Mall. I met a wonderful friendly sales associate named Carrie! It’s been a very long time since I met such an incredibly helpful person, she even offered to wrap my purchase. Thank you Carrie, you made my day!

I would say the variety of clothes was very good in Toronto as compared to the store in Sydney

Big name but don't have much in terms of variety and options. Staff is polite and helpful

Used to love this store, clothes there now are terrible, shoes are poor quality and overpriced.

Great store lots of good sales.they have everything clothes with great name brand selections.shoes, luggage, housewares and furniture.and soon a little section for Zellers to come back (assuming this sectioned off area is where the Zellers Corner is gonna be)

Can't find help, overpriced Chinese goods. Come on, Hudson's Bay you can do better.

I found their prices way too expensive for what they sold. The store itself was clean and bright. The staff were friendly. I won't be shopping there again though. I can't afford it.

Love this Bay. The staff are great and the sales are amazing. Paid $20 for these lovely sandles.

Returns handled at same registers as sales, took us too much time to spend my money, waiting for people to handle returns. How about an extra register or area, to handle returns only, like other retailers have.

As far as department stores go it is better than any I've in for a while. Huge selection, many many brands. I can't always see how the cost can be so high on everything but it is at all department stores. They have many High end brands. Inside the store that has really improved over the last few years. If I were to shop at department stores I would frequent Hudson's Bay.
