Ice Patch Hollow Indoor Playground

Great spot! Very very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, lots of variety of things for kids to engage with. Bring some loonies for the car rides they are worth it, they also have a bunch of toy vending machines, projector video game which my kids loved, slushies, good coffee, loads of couches to kickback and have a break, balloons, and other treats. Compared to hop skip jump its much smaller but less busy, cleaner, and much more manageable as a parent. Cheap family fun! I hope they keep adding adding more to this wonderful playplace.

The place is very clean, and very welcoming, the lady working yesterday's shift she was awesome so understanding and friendly. I will definitely be bring my son back.

Love this indoor playground. The staff that work here are great with kids and are so nice. We love it here. They always make us feel welcomed.

Have to say, it's the nicest place I recently have been. Last minute BD celebration turned out out to be on Friday 4-6, perfect time to have the entire place almost to your guests
The place itself not big however still plenty of space for kids to run around and parents to sit comfortably. The owner, Brian, is carrying with high attention to customer service!

My kids 8 and 10 spent hours playing at Ice Patch Hollow on a rainy day. The space was very clean, bright and playground surfaces were well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and my son go here alot. At first glance, it looks tight. But, the owner did a fantastic job of using the space he has to work with! There is so much for the kids to do, and a wonderful spot for the parents to sit down and relax, and still be able to see where their kid is at pretty much at all times.

Brian has done an amazing job of bringing this place to life. He's even an accomplished author! You can see his characters all around the indoor play space, it's pretty cool. His books are great, my son has one of them!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We have gone twice now, the first time for a party, and this last time the staff was phenomenal! They were attentive to all areas of the equipment, even going as far as stepping in when older children were playing really rough in the toddler area. It was fantastic to see. Also, at the end of our time, i faced a mothers worst nightmare and could not find my car keys. They went above and beyond to help us, including watching my children for me behind the counter while i looked outside for them. Wonderful staff, always clean location. 1 million stars!

Amazing site, great staff and all the equipment is tested for adult weights so it was wonderful to run around withbmy daughter in there play area

Nice spot for a kids party. The play area was clean and well lit. Lots of different areas to play in but not so big you will loose sight of your child. Ample seating area for parents. Suitable for toddlers to age 7. There are 2 separated birthday rooms.

Attached to Sunnyside mall but not inside it. Lots of parking available.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter's birthday party. Everything was organized, neat and clean. A great space set up for parents to chat while the kids have a great time.

We go there often and always love the experience! The staff are constantly cleaning! We have been to a couple birthday parties as well and the rooms are a decent size for the whole party! There is also plenty of room for relaxing while your child plays!

The cleanest indoor playground EVER. Friendly welcoming staff and owner. They make you feel like you’re coming over to a family members house to hang out while your kids play on their cool slides. A must visit spot ️

This place is outstanding! Very large play area and very very clean. Great prices and super friendly staff. This is my new go to place with the grandchildren.

I really like how open everything is so I can always watch my toddler, lots of seating and a nice environment. It's a great place for children, however the balloon display is a giant choking hazard and all it takes is one child to get a broken balloon, sneak it up into the jungle gym then any child could choke, and balloons cannot be removed via cpr so it's just really dangerous and made it difficult for me to relax.

This is our favourite place to come play. It's a good size and has lots of space to play, and has always had cleaning at the forefront. This is our first time back since the COVID closures and everything is clean and I feel safe having my little man play. Definitely recommend if you are healthy and looking for a place for the kids to play.

Such a lovely place! We can't say enough good things about Ice Patch Hollow. It's always so well kept, clean and tidy. The staff are super friendly and the owner shows his enthusiastic dedication to his business every time we go. Our son talks about the playground all week long, so much that we decided to book his 2nd birthday party there. 5/5 recommend this spot to anyone with young kids - It's a blast for parents too!

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was awesome. The room was big and staff was very helpful with anything I needed. Facility was spotless and it was clear that sanitizing precautions are taken very seriously. Would recommend to anyone! We will be back. Thank you!

I would highly recommend. Daughter loves it here. Amazing staff, awesome coffee, bright, clean play centre, a perfect party venue for young children.

Very clean and solid structure that is pretty open so kids can't easily hide. Very nice staff. Different sections for different ranges of ages. Toddler area with small slides and blocks and older "video game" area that uses motion sensors, where kids move to play the games. Both my 2 and 6 year olds LOVE this place.

Very decent place for the kids to unwind. Nice, clean and vision is not too obstructed from many angles

It's very small and claustrophobic. It's okay if you have kids that can just go play on their own unsupervised, but when you have toddlers who want to explore there's only so little you can do and to climb around with them, the up top is so short you need to crawl

I came here on a Saturday with my three year old He loved it. Prices were reasonable staff was very friendly. The facilities were safe and clean. There was lots for my little boy to do here He did not want to leave. I could sit and relax while easily keeping an eye on my toddler We'll be back.
