Made me a great custom vegan pizza. As a European, this is (sadly) the best pizza I’ve ever had in Canada

Enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. We ordered the mussels, which were fabulous. Ravioli and lasagna came next. To be honest, I debated ordering something more creative from the menu but I'm a lover of lasagna; especially when it's done well. Unfortunately, I regretted this decision. The ravioli dish fared better. Otherwise the decor and service were amazing. We would come back.

I have been here countless times with friends and we were never disappointed. This is my favorite spot in Bedford. The service is so excellent. Food is delicious and affordable.

This is the job that gave me Canadian work experience. I came to Canada in February 2000 and started working here as a dishwasher and my boss Tanya was nice to me and all the workers. Thanks guys, you made me to be successful in the new country that I called home.

If you're looking for fine dining in Bedford you will never be disappointed. It isn't “fine dining” in the New York sense- it's not that pricey. But the quality of food is the best in Bedford by a wide margin. The deck is really nice. Great in summer. The atmosphere is “cool”. The seafood is great. The warm (goat cheese?) salad is ridiculous. The burger… wow.

Our server was a delight. She went above and beyond. The food was delicious. We all had a really nice time.

Been in Bedford location. Definitely good job, I did like their menu. A bit quicker service might be a room for improvement, but no major complaints overall. Very decent pizza when it comes to ingredients and recipes - but I am not a big lover of cornmeal dough (just me). Fair price. Will definitely come back one day.

We were there for our daughters birthday. Server was great in the beginning and got us drinks and appetizers right away.then.they forgot about us. We were there for over an hour waiting for our main meals. Others came in and got served before us. We noticed that it was the same meals that we ordered. After a large group of guys that came in after us and were served and then leaving, that they came over to us (a table of 4) and said our meals were being plated. 20 mins later they came out.
If it wasn't for it being me daughter's BD, I would of left long time before.
Shame as the 4 of us agreed that we will never be back to the restaurant again.

Top notch dining experience from the greeting, table service and attention to deal. The food was excellent and the setting was relaxing with an upbeat vibe. Highly recommend and will be back soon

Unexpectedly great experience as it was my first. It was busy as it was their lunch time. Service was great. Food, top notch delicious.

This is a family favourite for special events. They have a popular outdoor seating area during the summer months. The food is well made. The staff are superb. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. There is ample parking and wheelchair access from the second floor/mezzanine of sunny side mall

Called ahead to make a reservation. Talked to manager “Marco” and was told first table available would be 7: 45 pm. I said I’d take it. Arrived at 7: 35 to be told they don’t have a reservation. Then, yes they remember the reservation but gave the table away and we could wait at the bar for 45 minutes. Tried to get clarification as to why walk ins (just ahead of us) we’re getting a table when we called ahead. Host (young kid) starting yelling. Yes, yelling that he didn’t have time for this and we could take it or leave it. Obviously left it. Really need to train staff and management on how to take and honour reservations.

Really enjoyed my first time at IL Mercato. Had three lasagna, first thought it was a little small but it hit the spot and ended up being the perfect amount!

Atmosphere and service was really nice too. Not too loud or quiet and was able to have good conversation.

Went for dinner and was very pleased. I had the gnocchi and it was amazing! Melty heavenly goodness.
The risotto was a big hit, as was the tagliatelle. Will definitely be going back!

Some of the best food in HRM, with a beautiful outdoor patio. The pork tenderloin was delicious!

Food was great and very reasonable pricing, and our waiter Mark was fantastic. Definitely recommending!

Everything about the meal was great, except the beef. Embarrassingly, we had to ask for salt because the entire plate was unseasoned. It wasn't just us either. The table next to us had also ordered the grilled beef, and after consultation with them, they also agreed that it was underwhelming.

That being said, the lobster ravioloni and the citrus beurre blanc scallops were real highlights. Based on this experience, I'd suggest people go for the surf over the turf.

Absolutely a great time. Top notch Italian food and a very beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunset from.

My wife, kids, and I are visiting from Ontario for our 20th anniversary. We happened across this place looking for another restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the dessert was so good. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best and most lovely server: she elevated the experience to another level. The food is great as well. Special thanks to Marie for her remarkable service and to the Chef for his amazing food!
