This is not the first time for me to eat hot pot in your store. Every time I need hot pot dishes, I will give priority to buying them from your shop.

But since the new clerk came to the store last month, the speed of pick-up has become very, very slow, because the new clerk can not order, she didn’t know how to order the pound, the chef can finish the order in five minutes, she tried 20 minutes and didn’t finish!

Until the chef helped her to order me, she was still asking the chef how to order items with pound.

I said "thank you" a thousand times during the 20 minutes I waited for the clerk to learn how to order, but today's experience made me feel that she was completely unreasonable.

On the evening of 26th today, I came in and selecting frozen ingredients.

This Miss.can’t-order and the kitchen first told us the food that we want is in the stock, and promised we wait for 10 minutes. After 10minutes we ask them, they changed their words and said that need to wait for another 10-20 minutes, the most triable thing is they finally changed their words to ‘Sorry actually we don’t have the food which you want in the stock.

Funny thing is I went out in the rice ball delivery app to order a self-pick up, all ingredients can be placed order.

Your rude clerk is a blight on your store.

Today we were going to eat in, but someone told us there were no seats in the back and we had to sit in the front. However, the seats in front were cold, so we decided to take them out immediately.

When we went to pick out the ingredients, we found that there was still room in the back.
We chose the tribute dish and told us to wait 15-20 minutes, so my friend and I chose to wait. After we asked many times, we were told that there were no tribute dishes. However, we saw that the delivery platform also sold tribute dishes, so we chose to choose self-pickup on the delivery platform.

We entered the restaurant at 6: 20, and we finally got the pickup at 8: 30. It's really the first time I've seen such a arrogant, lying staff ！！！and everyone is welcome to feel it. LOL

Very unique experience! My entire plate was filled with foods I had never tried before. Left feeling A TON better than the traditional greasy old Chinese buffet of North America. Super healthy seafoods and vegetables, and so different way of dining out buffet style! Young woman who served us was very kind and gave us great service.

I had pork bone soup and spicy soup which is good combination on our dining table. Almost meats were frozen but those are kept in good quality and also good taste. The highlight is the variety of dipping sauce that rarely found from another hot pot restaurant like Happy Veal that they will charge you few dollars. But here is all-you-can-eat. Good job!

The quality of the food and broth for the hot pot was excellent! I have had many meals here, but while some servers are attentive, a few are particularly slow to check up on customers or refill the buffet items.

Highly recommend trying it out however!

Can't comment on food. However, the buffet section was very unsanitary. I watched a customer sip some soup/sauce with the serving spoon to try it and just put it back.

Waited 15 minutes with no updates. No one served us after we filled out the sheet for the hotpot choices, so we just left. It's hard to tell who works there as there was no identifying uniform or anything of that sort.

After revisiting recently, they genuinely have their own “wow” factor.

Better selection on buffet, focusing on fish cakes and vegetables. Free refillable drinks and a significant selection of broth and toppings.

Service was excellent; I was greeted with a smile and left as a happy customer—well-trained staff.

The ingredients are too staleMy boyfriend had vomiting and diarrhea today after eating it yesterday, and he has mild food poisoning. It's so uncomfortable.

It was a cool experience with cooking your own food. We had fun. The waiters were fast and helpful.

The prawns are not fresh, and the sauce is oily. After eating in this restaurant, I have diarrhea for a day. The attitude of the waiters is quite bad. It is strongly recommended to check their hygiene. I need to get compensation

Came here around two o'clock, it wasn't lunch time so there were fewer people. The service is very fast and the service is very good. My favorite is beef tongue and yellow throat. The beef tongue has been marinated without any strange smell.

I love hotpots and "in spring" is my new favorite now. So many options to choose from. We enjoyed our dinner however my little boy asked for rice but not available.i love their fishballs, selection of broths and tofu.for desserts, we just had an ice cream and fruits (melon&orange).

After trying this out eating at a restaurant that does the hot pot experience it's not really for me. I paid 30.00 dollars to go and get my own vegetables with some slices of meat and cooked my own food. For 30.00 dollars per person this is not for me. I went with my wife and a friend and spent a bit over 100.00 dollars. For that money I know of better places to eat where we get served.

I am obsessed with this place. It is all you can eat and you have choice to have premium or regular option of meat selections. They have variety of delicious food and it is impossible to leave that place hungry. Come with the big party and get seated next to the window to observe beautiful waterfront view

Excellent all you can eat hotpot, and probably one of the cheapest ayce meals in the city, at $31 after tax. The cheaper option includes pork slices and various meat balls, as well as a variety of vegetables and the like. I got the spicy broth, and it was spicy but not as richly flavorful as Happy Veal. You can get a variety of sauces from the buffet counter though. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the buffet items were good and fresh. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a lovely harbour view. Definitely planning to go again.
