Indian Groceries

Worst place ever. Today I ordered butter chicken for $21 with 2 naan. When I reached home and try to eat the chicken I found whole chicken was blooded not clean properly and the naan was also frozen naan bought from any grocery store. I will recommend everyone do not visit this place or you got sick. Will never buy anything from this store again. Just waste of money and time.

Everything is pricey here.selling a 3l sunflower oil with "no name" mentioned Brand for $24.99 which is only 16.99 when checked in the "no (name) fr***" online website.but we'll find every essential things in one shop.many items are very pricey n few are on affordable end.

Before buying price is something else and during billing time the price increase. And I buy some pakode, samosas and veg puff didn’t gave chatni with them they said need to pay extra for them. I hope there was an option for zero star so I can gave them.

Tbh after seeing other stores in the city, I feel Indian Groceries needs a bit of a revival.

Good collection of products, a bit overpriced, but they’re selling things you probably can’t get anywhere else in Halifax.

If you are in Halifax and looking for Indian store then this Indian Grocery store is one of the best option for almost all your groceries need.

Wonderful store full of a great variety of spices and ready made food.

Get the veggie samosas at the counter. One of the best samosas in town.

Nice Indian grocery for all one stop solutions for masala and curry powder.
Samosa and bread pakoda are quite tasty but a little bit overpriced.

Please DO NOT buy any “freshly” baked goods from them. I recently bought egg puffs here and 2 out of 3 were spoilt, with fungal growth all over the stuffing. It wasn’t very obvious from the outside but the moment I took a bite, it smelled and tasted foul and I had to break it open to see it for myself. Such utter NEGLIGENCE and CARELESSNESS! Perhaps they thought they could get away with this because these foods don’t come with an expiry date. WORST EXPERIENCE!

Great store with a variety of Indian products, including spices, bread, samosas, deserts, butter chicken. The food tastes very good and is freshly prepared. They also have reserved parking at the building on the opposite side of the street, which is a plus in this area.

This little Indian corner store has an amazing selection of products. But the best part is the attached restaurant where you can order really great Indian dishes at excellent prices.

Way too expensive would suggest Indian bazaar at chain lake. No doubt if you do not want to travel just pick up the things that you do not get at Walmart.
