Ingonish Beach Campground

Lovely spot. We stayed here the last week of september. Around six spots were taken every night. Toilets and showers were really clean.

Staff are friendly and nice. Programs for kids. Sites have no privacy but the campground is more for a quick overnight stop. Washrooms are close but only one shower so long line. Horrible mosquitoes and bugs. Nice firepits. No lighting. Clean bathrooms. Beach is so pretty, you can hear the tide against the small pebbles rolling out. You can also see it coming in.

Évidemment, dans le parc, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Des sentiers, des belvédères d'observation, des routes panoramiques et bien plus. Le site web du parc détaille toutes les activités disponibles. Prenez garde aux distances entre les différents points d'intérêts par contre!

Prenez garde, il y a présence de coquerelles sur le terrain, Prenez toutes les précautions si vous voulez éviter d'en ramener avec vous. Nous avons loué le terrain 25 pendant 3 jours. Nous avons remarqué la présence des cafards lors du deuxième jour. Heureusement notre tente était bien fermée mais elles avaient accès au vestibule et les articles présents. Nous en avons vu une vigntaine le soir venu. Et d'avantage le soir suivante. Beaucoup de stress et fin de vacance gâchée. Je met tout en quarantaine et je nettoie tout ce que j'ai apporté en vacance. Même histoire pour l'intérieur de mon véhicule

Ne laissez aucun article dehors, rentrez tout immédiatement dans votre voiture lorsque vous avez fini, ou choisissez un autre camping pour éviter cette mauvaise expérience.

It was a nice campground with nice facilities and a huge dishwashing station which we appreciated. However there is no privacy because it is a field. Was nice just for the night but couldn't imagine spending more time at the site.

This campground was nice and clean as well, all facilities including washroom, shower and picnic shelter along with electric plug available.

Nice small campground, close to the beach (not next to). Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Wifi is very slow though and with a short range but at least there is some. Spots are one next to the other with no privacy, just so you are aware. The staff (security) was great.

Merveilleux endroit pour relaxer, très propre, tranquille! La plage est superbe, la vue époustouflante!

Campground was very convient with the facilities it has to offer - public washroom and shower, wifi room, sheltered cooking areas and dish washing station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Theres a grocery store and Home hardware close by incase you need supplies. Another bonus is the resturants with delicious food close by. Its also a 10min walk to the beach and lake or just a quick minute drive over. This campsite is near perfect except the campsites are extremely close together and don't offer much privacy. However, I will still come back next year because overall me and my family had an amazing week here.

Very nice accommodations, campsites aren't exactly private, can be crowded at times, but awesome bathrooms and atmospheres.

Well maintained campground and ok facilities (only 1 shower per area?) but I was really disappointed in how close the campsites are, there is zero privacy here. Good luck trying to get some sleep

I really like this campground. It feels like a visit back in time to campgrounds being all tents, gatherings in shelters and no powered RVs. Close the beach and sports field. Close to highway which is a shame, but a really nice park.

It is very nice and beautiful with good service but if you looking for more trees and little more space, then choose broad cove campground. I visited both and I liked both.

Nice campground, well maintained and quiet. Washroom was clean and tidy, lots of space because of covid19, protocols being followed and signs posted. Great staff.

Very open camping no privacy. Very disappointed for a federal campground which are usually superb.

A safe feeling campground, close to everything Ingonish has to offer (which is A LOT). A great first time visit location. Camp spaces are close together but well kept. Free shower in a clean bathroom area. Dish washing locations are fresh and clean. Wood bundles are expensive, but a few locals sell bundles for cheaper. This place has been around for a long time and is definitely doing it right.

Great place for winter camping in February. December weather may not have enough snow for snow shoeing or xc skiing. The park staff are awesome and replied to my email request for winter camping promptly. It was a great time.
