Insight Optometry

I had an eye exam in order to update my perscription for contact lenses. All the doctors, assistants, and staff were very efficient and helpful. The clinic itself was very clean and welcoming, providing for a good experience.

Last evening Dr. Rachael Noah was able to fit me in at the end of a very busy day and carry out a detailed examination of my eyes on an emergent basis. My eye problem, which to me seemed to consist of very strange visual phenomena, very difficult even to explain, was diagnosed by Dr. Noah and a treatment plan begun. Even though it was late, Dr. Noah took the time to explain all the intricate tests that had been performed as well as their results. I left Insight Optical feeling very happy and hopeful. The care I received while there from the receptionists and especially Dr. Noah and her assistant was exceptional. The professionalism received on every level was incredible. Thank you Dr. Noah for all your help. I look forward to seeing you again.

But can we also talk about her assistant, Ani? She’s an absolute gem and should also get equal credit– so friendly and helpful! It's not every day you come across someone who's that welcoming. She made my visit even better!

I saw Dr. Bonang who was so personable and went above and beyond. I had the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Clearly my former clinic dropped the ball. My optician Nick was absolutely amazing and made it feel like I was dealing with a friend. They have the best selection of eyewear I’ve ever seen.

I have had an excellent experience at the Insight Optometry as a patient. Recently, I have had some eye issues and have seen Dr. Roach and Dr. Bonang for helping treat my issue. Every appointment has been great. All my questions were answered and they even explained what was potentially causing my issue.

I just wanted to share the outstanding service I recently received at Insight Optometry. The arm on my Mom's glasses broke and I tried to get it repaired at the location where she got them many years ago. They quoted me $300 to have them repaired. I decided to shop around and called Insight. The receptionist (Cindy) was very nice on the phone and suggested I come in to see what they could do. When I got there, they realized I was not a returning customer and that the glasses were not purchased there. Despite that she brought the glasses to optician Mike Bonang and he happened to have a spare arm sitting in a parts bin. The colour wasn't an exact match but that was OK. He replaced the arm and refused to charge me anything for it! I can't say just how impressed I was with Mike and Cindy and glad to say that the East Coast Customer Service has not died! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Insight Optometry and they have earned my future business as well! Thanks again!

From the moment I entered the premises - I was given top-notch customer service and treated like a VIP. The eye testing and assisting with choosing eyewear and answering all my questions and concerns - everything was a smooth process.
