251 days since accident and still at the same point as day 1.4 kids and vehicle less due to incompetence. Last spoke with someone verbally months ago. Had to hire an outside firm.

0/10 experience. Shady company. Dishonest and will try every way to save few dollars. I had a claim that took them 8 months to pay out when it should of been paid in the first week. Keep in mind this was for a fender bender. What a shame. Please I urge you save your money and take your business somewhere else. I chased after my adjuster for months and got the run around. I tried to call week after week and would not hear back. Absolutely disgusting business practices and values. Shame on you!

I would give zero stars but there isn't a way to do that. Try getting a straight answer, a report, an honest answer and you might as well go talk to a rock. Lies, manipulation, it's absolutely horrendous how this company is even still around. They won't give you a straight answer.
They will give you 75 different reasons for denying a claim, but if you ask the same question twice, you'll get a bunch of circle talk.
Oh, also, I cancelled my auto insurance last week because they took money out of my account for my regular scheduled payment, and immediately returned it the same day and THEN said my funds were returned NSF. Even after sending them a screenshot of the reversal (I was charged no NSF fees by my bank, because I had plenty of money in my account). They completely ignored my information, and my response from my bank confirming the money was there and then they proceeded to charge me a "dishonorable payment fee"
I have never in my life been so frustrated upset with their unprofessionalism, their lack of even getting a story straight and their dishonest behavior. I asked what I was paying insurance for, I was told by the adjuster she "wasn't trained" to tell me this. Run, as far away from these crooks as you can!

So far with our recent claim, they've been horrible. No return calls about our issues with repairs, everyone passes the buck. Tried to reach out to customer complaints and they also don't acknowledge anything and pass the buck. No one returns calls if there are issues or concerns. Doesn't listen to issues. I wish there was a zero star option

We already reached out to customer complaints and they did nothing, so contacting the number is useless.

Somewhat underwhelming customer service. Couple of great agents took ownership and were able to complete my request. Will continue to do business with them. Represents Nordic ins. Good luck finding staff at their physical office.

Very bad service
When I get the qoute they said 170$per month after I called to confirm that she said 175$ now.
Now they charged me 194$ I don't know why.

Have been trying to get in contact with my claims rep since October 2022, have even escalated to a supervisor and no one calls back. Horrible company for the price paid.

Absolutely terrible. Processing a claim is a nightmare. Near impossible to get information or updates. App is awful. Customer service is unbelievably bad. So many disappointing interactions with Intact. I can’t wait to not renew with Intact. Avoid this company!

The most brutal customer service i have seen ever. Vehicle was written off but cannot get through on the customer call line and the assigned adjuster does not return calls, in fact have never been able to speak with the adjuster. Not even confident this person even exists at this point. Claim has been outstanding now for over 45 days with no signs of resolution. Never use this company. One star is too much.

This company is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with after my accident which was not my fault my insurance doubled I then changed the day my payments were because of how high they were and they repeatedly took it out the wrong day for months then tried to cancel when I called for help I was bounced around through person to person told they would escalate the claim and I never heard back it if I could leave a negative star I would once again today after preparing for this month they tried to take it out again!

Honestly the worst experience ever, the worst customer service, my vehicle wasn't fixed properly by Mike's auto in Windsor, NS. I explained prior to the repairs that I had poor service from Mikes Auto in the past.they didn't care. They didn't cover all the damage. I was off work without any disability benefits over 3 months. Not one penny to help. They stopped returning my emails, and didn't bother to reimburse me for medial treatments, dont use this company.

They don't know anything. They bought our insurance company and now are saying we don't have a bundled package. We will be looking for a new insurance company come the new year. Plus now that I've posted this, they are pretending to want to discuss it. Bad company.

Very happy with the claims service provided by Intact regarding an automobile accident that took place on July 2,2021. Have been a client of Intact since 1977 and find them to provide excellent coverage at reasonable cost.

The biggest fraud in modern day insurance. This is what these cowboys left me to deal with one month before my renewal. Before they issued there famous quote (we regret to inform you your policy was terminated) for the simple fact that they lost there integrity due to greed.
There 3 stars rating speaks volume.

Not a good experience, they did not call back as promised. Second attempt still no insurance, so I went with a rival company!
