Interlude Spa Halifax

My whole team had either a massage or a facial, everyone had an amazing time. Your team is very professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Thank you to your team for making sure we are all relaxed and rejuvenated!

The spa services were incredible - my massage was wonderful and Sarah was amazing. My mom and aunt had pedicures and they both said it was fabulous (and they both fell asleep because it was so relaxing).
We all paid the extra money to have access to the pool, sauna, and steam room and it was not worth the money at all. The pictures make it look a lot larger than it is. The eucalyptus steam room was broken while we were there and that was one of the main reasons we paid for the extra time in that area of the spa, so that was disappointing.

5 stars for the spa services but deducting 1 star for the disappointing pool/vitality spa area.

My boyfriend and I did a couple massage and decided to extend our visit to use their spa facilities.

The massage was top knotch. Super relaxing. I almost fell asleep from how relaxed I got.

We definitely will be back!

Couldn’t get the colour I wanted. Kept telling me that my regular stylist was using a permanent colour and not the Demi as she has told me. Wrong. I came out of the salon with 3 different colours of hair. Not pleased at all
Should have waited for my regular stylists visit next week. My children gave me a gift card for Mothers Day. Between this visit and my last visit at the Dartmouth location where my pedicure turned out to be a dud and all of
The polish came off in 2 days I spent the entire 240 on nothing. So disappointed

And typical. I see they responded to all favourable reviews but no response for anyone else

The space is very nice and relaxing! Got a mani and pedi done with Breagh before my wedding, and she was great! She is easy to talk to, makes you feel welcomed, and does an amazing job! Thanks Breagh!

I've enjoyed several services at Interlude, including a massage, mani/pedi and a haircut. All of the staff are talented, competent and kind! Scarlett gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever experienced, and the pedicure was bar none. The facility is gorgeous and clean, and just makes you feel at rest.

Anthony is awesome. It's so hard to find a professional these days. He just enjoys his work, knows his stuff and treats clients well. I went for a haircut and left with a great new look and a lot of tips on haircare. Unlike other salons, he didn't try to upsell me with the tips and, he charged me for just a cut. I didn't get a blow-dry and I've been to salons where they charge you for it anyways.

Definitely recommend going to this salon and asking for Anthony. You're in good hands, literally and metaphorically.

He applied great pressure in all the right places and I left feeling so much better. Best massage I've ever had.

Shout out to Brittany Billard at Interlude Halifax for giving me the most beautiful bridal up-do I have ever seen! I am beyond thrilled. She knocked it out of the park!

Also, shout out to Cariss Allen for the amazing bridal makeup, mani, and pedi. She did a stellar job and made me feel so relaxed before and on my big day!

The best manicure and pedicure experience I’ve ever had! The front desk ladies were warm and attentive when I arrived and afterwards as well. Kirbie was fantastic and friendly. The whole experience was so relaxing and pampering. I won’t go anywhere else now!

First time ever having a massage. It was absolutely amazing! Totally recommend the Interlude Spa in Halifax. The staff was fantastic, and the service was outstanding!

I took my daughter here twice and everytime we've had lovely non-judgemental, friendly and fast service. The amenities are beautiful and the services were fantastic. The estheticians connected with us and catered to our individual needs. I’ve been to many spas and left less than satisfied, but here the experience is worth the price and parking. Booked appointments for a day at the spa for myself and my wife, we had to be out at a certain time. After confirming days in advance they called 2 hours before our appointment to let us know the appointments were scheduled wrong on their end. Scheduled the day off of work. Would highly recommend going to a spa that’s organized. Have spent a lot of money here over the years and won’t be back.

Anthony did a fanatstic job with my hair colour. The colour correction which he did for me is very impressive, he fixed the horrid hair colouring that was done on my hair at another hair salon. The new hair colour is beautiful and I love it.

I had booked appointment for hydrafacial and when reached there for the appointment the machine is not working. Isnt it important to check before the appointment whether the machine is working to provide the service or even the products used for service is replenished. I had taken time out of my busy schedule to make it up but neither my time was valued nor the receptionist was professional in treating an unsatisfied client. I would never go back nor recommend.

Anthony was friendly and gave me a great cut and style! He also checked in throughout the process to make sure I liked what I saw. Cariss did a great job with my makeup, she asked a lot of questions to determine what I wanted and she also checked in throughout the process to make sure everything looked as I wanted. She was also very nice and friendly.

Newly renovated and in the heart of Halifax! Enjoyed an amazing time while visiting for a massage appointment. Clean, friendly and attentive! Enjoy the beautiful steam room, pool, and eucalyptus steam room after your appointment! Highly recommend anyone to enjoy the InterLude Spa experience
