We had a fantastic tour experience with Meg, who was incredibly generous with her time and expertise. We learned a lot about how the spirits were made and got to try many different spirits that piqued our interests. We took a tour here this summer, which was a definite highlight of the trip! Our guide was amazing, kind and interesting. She kept us laughing and informed for longer than anticipated. They were generous with the tastings, and allowed us to linger and participate in the labeling. A fun and unique experience, which felt very personal due to the small size. Definitely recommend it!

Authentic East Coast Spirits Distillery. Oozing with unique atmosphere inside. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and articulate about the various products that they sell.

They sell a wide variety of spirits, from Gin to Bourbon.

The bottles are very decorative so their products make great gifts for people back home.

The Bluenose personifies Nova Scotia for sure.

My first experience taking a distillery tour. It was equally informative and engaging. The history behind the location and all of the products is simply amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lunenburg, or any locals that haven't been!

Durant nos vacances en Nouvelle-Écosse nous avons visité la distillerie, super belle et leur rhum excellent. Il n'y avait plus de Maple rum cream alors à notre retour nous avons attendu pour qu'il soit disponible et nous l'avons commandé en ligne plus un petit extra du rum boat rum. Le prix du shipping est assez élevé mais il en vaut la peine, l'emballage est super sécuritaire aucune inquiétude de retrouver les bouteilles cassé. Nous allons certainement recommander en ligne! Bravo belle endroit et bonne alcool!

Meg gave an excellent tour of the distillery with interesting information about it's history, products, and how things are made. All of the samples we tried were great, especially the maple rum! Highly recommend if you are in Lunenburg!

We had a wonderful and educational tasting and tour with Meg. She was so great. They have a wide selection of alcohol, all very delicious.

We came here on a Sights and Spirits tour, the new 3-in-1 tour in the Lunenburg Walking Tours. I’m not much of a spirits drinker, but the Distillery tour was a lot of fun! Not only do you learn about the distillery industry/production, but you also learn about the history of the building which is SO cool!

The tour guide, Meg, gave us very reasonable samples of all kinds of rum, liquor, and gin. My favourite was the vodka and the maple rum cream!

I walked into the store to find out what they made. There is an assortment of different hard liquor, Rum and Gin. I did not taste any for health reasons.

In addition to quality products and award-winning rum, the staff are simply incredible. Above & beyond-level customer service and well worth a visit.

I like the tour and Meg does a great job of explaining the process to make the different kinds of rhum, gin and vodka. And she does throw in a bit of history They have quality products that is worth the taste and share a fun moment with our tour group.

What an awesome distillery in Lunenburg! 100% recommend taking the tour. We’ve done LOTS of distillery tours over the years and this one with MEG was so fun! She cares about what she’s doing and sharing the history of the building as well as the spirits. Really cool to see the expansion and how they’ve grown.

We enjoyed a tour here as a part of our backroads bike tour, hosted by Meg. She was fantastic and shared so many interesting details of the history of the building. She was also very knowledgeable about the process of distilling gin, rum and the many other products they now make. We especially liked the maple rum and the gin!

We walked it with the intention to just look. After having a few samples we ended up buying a few bottles. My favourite.the blueberry liquour. Nice conversation with with the sales clerk.who was also from Ontario. We look forward to visiting again!

Great experience! The tour was detailed and provided a lot of history on not only the the building but also the spirits.
