Had a fantastic experience with Linda! There was an unexpected power outage on the strip but she managed to finish my nails without batting an eye. Will absolutely be going back and highly recommend!

Always a wonderful and relaxing experience at J’adore Nails. Macy did the most meticulously job and was very friendly.

I came in correct time and the girl who did my pedicure was in too hurry and just finish less than 15 minutes and didn't feel relax. And she told me to book separate time for wax and pedicure. But i booked for both and receptionist didn't mention about that. Disappointed about the service. Happy about the waxing lady

This is my third unfortunate experience with J’adore. I’ve previously had a shellac manicure peel within a week, and an acrylic set start lifting within a week. I decided to try out J’adore again due to friends and family having positive experiences. Today I received an acrylic set and asked for an ombré design from Linda prior to my vacation which I was leaving for the next day. Marie/Maria at the front desk was lovely and Linda was nice. However, the design I asked for is nothing near what I got. The process felt very rushed (Linda had a pedicure client waiting for half of my appointment that I felt she was rushing to get to) and what I ended up with looks more like very messy tie dye than ombré as there was no blending whatsoever. Linda said that a powder colour would have been needed to get what I wanted which they don’t have and when I suggested a sponge (as this is a common method of doing ombré nails) I was ignored. The end result is not terrible, but I am really not happy with them and it’s not what I asked for. I really think I should have been told that the design wasn’t possible or she didn’t know how to do it before hand - I would have picked something else. On top of all of this, the nails were extremely expensive - 75$ for the acrylic set, 10$ for the “design”. With tax and a 5$ tip it ended up being well over 90$, which is astronomically expensive for what I got. I asked for a partial refund and was told no. They offered to try to fix them for me but the time didn’t work for me given my travel the next day OR 10$ off my next visit, which is what I ended up taking out of necessity. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and I think it would be a long time before I go back. I will make sure to look at reviews before choosing a nail tech next time!

Today was my first time going to J’adore nails. The service was excellent. My technician was very caring and gentle. I went in for a luxury pedi which was wonderful. She even fit in a French mani that was not originally booked. I love that I can book on line and I will definitely be back. *****+

The place is very good and professional. Appointments are easily available. They know their work well and does it really good. I am going to them since 2022 and I love it now. In fact many people complimented me about my nails.

I moved here from New Brunswick and I was looking for a good place and found my spot. Booked my mani/pedi online which was quick and easy went in for my appointment today and was totally impressed. Booked my next appointment before I left.

They were clean and very polite and friendly. The tech was gentle and not pushy. It was a very relaxing experience and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend
