We use them quite often for all kinds of quality used parts at great prices. I would highly recommend them for great service and wide selection of parts.

I recently had a terrible experience buying a part from a sales person named Greg. I received the wrong part and during my respectful communication with him about fixing the mistake he made, I was threatened to be “sent to the manufacturer to buy a brand new one”, as a resolution to simply sending me the right part at a convenient location. I did get the part I originally purchased but the sales interaction was sub par at best.

Nice guy on the phone but they ordered the wrong transmission for my car. They then ordered the proper one and I noticed a fee of $350 to ship the wrong one back and get the proper one. They said it was my fault! Why would I order a transmission for a total different vehicle all together. They charged my card without permission.

This yard has parts from Texas. I was able to get a rear complete subframe for my Honda Accord rust free it was 15 yrs old but looked brand new. Amazing. The one on my car rotted out. As for price only about 300 dollars beats buying a new car.

Weeks ago.l bought a stuff for the company，the stuff said feed deliver but in fact they took the money from my card.and finally l didn't need it so l choosed to return it. The stuff said just refund 80 %money back.l don't know why. The reason is that it is my fault not their fault. However，if is their fault，can l get the 120% money back? And before the stuff said free deliver，it is not true.l never come back the store to buy anything because l think no good at all. The stuff said he didn't earn my money but what about 20%money not redound.l have pay for the delivery fee for both way.l can choose to pay for the delivery fee for both way，what about 20% credit money? NO GOOD COMPANY!

I've ordered 2 LHS doors and center pillar for my GMC Terrain 2020. Ron was very king and professional with arranging the stuff for shipping to Manitoba. Because of COVID-19 pandemic their shipping company couldn't ship the doors, and I had to apply to Purolator, the estimate was $740 for shipping. When it arrived, Purolator demanded for extra $772 for the shipping. I let know Ron about this, he immediately contacted Purolator for trying resolve the issue, but they have not cooperated. Eventually, Ron offered me to share the extra cost of shipping 50/50. I very appreciate this! Definitely a 5 STAR service

After trying five other Major auto parts suppliers in the area, this was the only one that had ALL my parts in one place! Greg was so friendly and efficient, and even helped me get my parts to my car.

I highly recommend this place for their service, friendliness and speed! Not to mention the high likelihood they'll have everything you need.

After having dealt with the worst Hyundai dealer in the country, Jeff Miller Auto Parts was able to get me the cruise control radar that I needed for about 10% of what the stealership wanted.
They were kind enough to send me some pictures of the serial number on the radar module they had for sale, so I could confirm with Hyundai Canada that the part would work. Not surprisingly, Hyundai Canada misinformed me, so the part I bought was not compatible. This was entirely my own (Hyundai's) fault and not the scrapyard's.
I shipped the module back to Jeff's, and got a call asking which e-mail to send my refund to a couple of hours after my return arrived.
Outstanding customer service, great prices, and very friendly.
If they have a part you need, don't hesitate, they are the real deal when it comes to auto recyclers!

Polite and well spoken gentleman on the phone; however, was adamant on charging a minimum $40.00 'yard fee' on a $23.00 dollar (toyota dealership price) part. Unfortunate, company's attention appears to be on short term profit.

I found this place on auto part checklist and called them asking for a headlight assembly. The guy in the phone was extremely patient and professional though I told him that I know nothing about these terminology. He walked me through the whole process of order and the item was delivered to my garage the next day. The real item is even better than what was in the description and saved me another 115 to buy a new bulb. Good price and excellent customer service. Will strongly recommend.

Excellent place to buy used auto parts and a lot of parts are from Texas so they're in excellent condition. Little or no rust. Prices are good as well.
