Really great experience. Went on a Sunday morning and was in/out fairly quickly. Staff was efficient and friendly. One of the better Jiffy lubes I've been too. Price is fair in comparison to other locations.

I needed an oil change, windshield wiper blades and my cooling agent fluid topped up. I drove up and was immediately told that it would cost be $108.00 for an oil change. I told the person that I had my own oil that I use in my vehicle all the time. The man said that they do not do that at this location. I asked him why not? I did not get a clear answer and when I repeatedly mentioned the oil and physically showed him the container that had quality oil that I already bought which cost be $60.00. He told me that they still can't and he said that they can't and that I was free to leave. Also the reason it was so much more than a typical oil change is because of parts needed.unfortunately I was needing an oil change and went through with it. The fact is after all of this and getting charged more than I needed to be charged they had the audacity to ask for a tip.and the tip amount would have been more than an oil change. I completely regret it, and will not be coming back here ever again.

It is not good service or attitude Plus other things like the product they provide to the customer. They don't have original filters, Honda Brunt. Besides that charges higher than everybody else even a Honda dealer does not charge this much.they should be below the dealer prize price beside that every time I change the oil they are supposed to adjust it in the dashboard to show the service is complete when I asked the guy he said oh you do it I told him this is included in the changing oil Everywhere I Go then he starts doing it and he doesn't know how. Then he went to the computer to ask for information and he came back he told me to do this till a couple of options we finish it. I did change at Mr. Lube. Before there was no problem.

2 cars ahead of us and we waited 55 min to get into bay. Basic oil change took another 30 min. OK service. Just not very "jiffy".

Have come to this location for over five years for multiple vehicles. Personnel turnover is frequent, but have not had upsell pressure and service culture is consistent, perhaps reflecting good leadership. I have on several occasions been told my vehicles have had oil leakage issues that ought be addressed before an oil change, and received a free oil top up, hence saving much money.

Not one thing bad to say. They were friendly and open with me about my services. They completed the service very fast and efficiently well. 4.5 out of 5 stars because giving full ratings is hard to do. No issues at this location. Thanks

I lucked out and arrived to find no line ahead of me aside from a car in each bay. The wait was only about 10 minutes and they were quick and efficient at completing my oil change. They also topped up my other fluids and checked my lights. The employee that serviced my car was personable and informative. I very much appreciate the convenience of driving in at my own convenience and having my oil change completed

Beware of these scam artists. I took my vehicle for a synthetic oil change. The lady who worked on my vehicle told me that my oil was burning at a rapid rate and suggested I check with my dealer on any recall notices. She then suggested an engine flush. Keep in mind, I had less than 20,000km and this was a brand new vehicle. Shame on me for not being more educated on vehicles and I reluctantly agreed. Now I realize how dumb I was for agreeing to this upsell. These crooks proceeded to charge me $172 for synthetic oil change & engine flush on a 2022 Tucson with 16,000km. Absolutely will not return.

Waited on the hoist for an excessive amount of time because your tire changer broke a belt and when “fixed” it could no longer fit a 225/45/17 to a oem 17 in rim that calls for factory 225/35-55/17
I was told my tires won’t fit. Brought to a real shop had them on in 25minutes.

After waiting behind 3 cars it took 3.5 hrs to get in to change my tires. I needed my new summer tires mounted on summer rims and installed with winters removed. After they mounted the new summers on the rims they said my lugs needed replacing and they could get them that day. I paid for everything and left my summers at the shop. I returned at 0830 the next day and spoke to them who told me that the lug nuts were there but I would have to get back in line. 2 hours later when I reached the front of the line I was told they made a mistake and did not have my lug nuts. I am now sitting in the bay while someone is gone to try and get lug nuts. All together I am already at 5 hrs and counting with no tires installed. I expect at least another 1.5 hrs. I am shocked at the poor level of service. JIFFY LUBE AFTER SPENDING 300.00 YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT OR I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Get the job done without issue. Seems to be slightly pricier then others but with the immediate service it kind of makes sense.

This is what my semi brand new unscathed limited edition rims looked like after my tire change at Jiffy lube. All 4 rims damaged, black paint scratched and deep grooves on chrome. Do NOT bring new cars to this location as they will damage them and charge you for it.

Great service and cheaper then other local oil change places! Can't beat the service.

I went here for a tire change.had the worst experience ever all of my brand new tires went flat as they didn’t seal them properly and i didn’t know that.so i go back with another brand new set of tires and they all went flat as well.i don’t recommend going here for a tire change

Pulled in for a quick oil change, never been to this location before but always had it serviced at another location for 5 years, but recently moved and since i always had an amazing experience at the other location I figured the franchise would be the same. When I pulled in I was not even greeted as they were too busy on the phone to even say "welcome, I'll be with you shortly". After waiting 10 minutes they asked if i needed an oil change, i said yes, semisynthetic - which is what has been used on my 2014 mazda cx5 for the full 5 years of ownership and have never been advised otherwise - including being serviced at the dealership. They immediately said "your car needs full synthetic" I said I don't need your upsell and I do not need full synthetic so you will change it with semisynthetic - listed price $81.99. He went over to I'm assuming is the Manager who came over and told me I didn't have a choice and it would be full synthetic or nothing - and it was $95 + tax for semisynthetic. I said then you will not have my business as I will not be threatened into receiving a service I do not want, and proceeded to leave. I've never received such disrespect from a business in my life! If you want to be screwed over and disrespected this place is the perfect place to be.

Always a quick and easy visit. Did what they needed to, informed me of the prices every step so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Great service.

Staff was friendly but a couple hours after I got home I noticed oil dripping from bottom of my car. I looked under the car and saw that the splash shield wasn't properly attached to bottom of the car and that oil was pooled in the corner of the shield.

I inspected and confirmed that there was no leak coming from the oil pan bolt, so they must have not fully removed the shield when they drained the oil and made a mess in the process.

I reattached the back corner of the spray shield and thought I was good to go. A few days later another spot on the spray shield came loose and dragged on the ground. Clearly the spray shield wasn't properly reattached.

Now I have to spend around $300 on a new spray shield after spending over $120 on a terrible oil change. Jiffy Lube offered me a free oil change.

They will never touch one of my vehicles again.

I highly recommend that anyone requiring an oil change go to a real garage with real trained professional mechanics. It's probably cheaper and you'll avoid these kind of situations.

Honest and work completed as requested. My new spot for oil changes on both vehicles now.

Fast, friendly service. Competitive pricing, with no appointments required. This is my go to place for oil changes.

Very friendly, very quick compared to waiting 3-4 weeks to have winter tires installed. The Girl there was great, as well- changed my oil previously. Nice to see.not your traditional male only staff. Have been using them more and more but you do also pay a bit more for convenience of drive up & almost no wait service. I think it is worth the small premium.

These guys were great and very accommodating. One guy just happened to notice that my tires were on the wrong way (rotational) when I went for oil change. Saved me a LOT of headache this winter

Bit of a long line to get inside but someone came out and offered a bottle of water while I waited. The staff were communicative and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend it.

It's tire changing season and after searching from Halifax to Dartmouth, I found this gem where I called ahead and was actually told a time I would have to wait. This was in direct contrast to the Mr. Lube in Chains Lake where when I showed up in the morning was told not to bother joining the line without any explanation (that review coming soon).
When I got to Jiffy Lube, one attendant had everybody organized by rims on or off tires and oil change lines. I had rims & tires and within half an hour I was in being serviced.
The lady who attended to me was professional. Give them all a raise as those lines were crazy.
Tip: Based on my experience is best to call ahead even though the business theme is just show up.
Tip 2: Change your tires once the temp falls below 7 degrees (online recommended) consistently. If you do that you probably won't be in the long lines.
