Jungle Jim's

Was pretty good, friendly staff, I think the Hamburgers could have been fresher instead of from frozen but I do understand that it is hard not to freeze meat as it gets expensive.

Only had breakfast here, kind of a Denny's experience. It's good, you won't leave hungry.

We had our meal to go but everything was very tasty. Little pricey but other than that it seemed to be a very nice place.

Used to be a good eat. I'll never eat there again. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth literally.with very poor service. Had to pay for fries that we didn't eat as they were swimming ing in grease The waitress said " he's eaten most of them! " Which was not true. Avoid!

Worst experience I ever had at a restaurant in my life food was burnt after waiting over an hour for it one was wrong and instead of taking one plate that was wrong they took 2 back waited almost 30 minutes for a drink refill after I asked for one I had to ask the other waitress to get no toppings on the third burger ask for a mamger they said there was not one in so I call back today to the same story no manager ask for owners information if there is no manager they said the owner is the manager and hung up on me this is Unacceptable this was also for 3 people

I had what I can only assume was the most expensive thing on the menu. The monster grill I was underwhelming to say the least. The chicken wings did not seem recently cooked and the ribs were dry.the only saving grace was the steak that was perfectly cooked. We attempted to enjoy it anyway as the staff quietly closed the restaurant around us.cleaning tables and placing chairs on them where they could. The majority of my ribs remained on the plate as well as the french fries and I was not asked if there was a problem with my meal. I was only handed the bill which only served as a stark reminder of why I avoid Jungle Jim.

Jungle Jims can be a bit pricey and the food sometimes isn't the best depending on how busy it gets. But it as Amazing service and the atmosphere is like a jungle it's amazing.

Food was great, service was top notch, would highly recommend. Kids paid by how tall they are, little one Bill was $1.50

The waitresses were great, friendly. I ordered the kitchen sink, the taste was ok but for a dish that is over $30 you dont really get the worth in my opinion

The staff were very friendly, the meals were good and the price was affordable. Would definitely go back

Went for lunch, was not aware they had a separate smaller menu for lunch. I didn't see it mentioned anywhere on the website so that may have been an over site by myself.

Usually i love Jim's but not this time. Food portions were small (maybe due to lunch menu). I had the chicken burger, was alright but very plain. Could've used a nice wing sauce on it. Fries were ok. Just not satisfied with the overall value, I left hungry.

Good food and service. Kind of pricey but worth it for an occasional treat. And the frozen drinks are amazing.

I wasn't sure what food would be offered. I ordered the steak fajitas for the first time in a long time. It was great! Pleasant service as well.

Service was great but ridiculously over priced sub par food and beverages. As for portions sizes they have really gone down.that plate is not worth the 25$

Food tasted fine, but my girlfriends burger was slightly undercooked and we diddnt get quite what we ordered. My burger was missing onion rings, and hers was missing mozza cheese and bacon. Wait staff was scarce and diddnt check on us so we couldnt really get it fixed

The food is very bad the coffee doesn't taste like anything and the prices are too expensive but they don't give you the bread it's bad

Been there twice in the last week, food is good! Be patient, everyone's doing what they can, so relax and enjoy.

Very friendly, wonderful people, excellent service, and a very clean and well maintained place i highly recommend this place

Great service! Went in both days I was in town and had the same waitress and she was friendly and attentive! My food was cooked perfect and it was tasty! I'll be back soon

We were a party of 3.2 Steak dinners and one hot turkey dinner, all with baked potatoes. Neither of the potatoes were cooked. When the waitress came back to check on us, I told her that neither of the potatoes were cooked; they were still hard. I asked of they were microwaved, or baked. She informs me that they were microwaved. I said, SO they are NOT baked. She proceeds to tell me that all restaurants microwave the potato instead of baking it.
I beg to differ! But, hey, if you say so, then why not call it a microwaved potato instead of baked on you menu?

I'd just like to have over easy eggs come out white on my plate and not brown that closer to over med. I cooked a guy eggs there one time been going there for years he got his food and ask if we had a new grill his egg were so white and not brown it not hard to cook a egg lol

Rude customer service skills, totally disgusted with my food and the service that we received. We came to the yarmouth location for supper we paid for our 60 dollar meals. I had a chicken crunch sandwich it was raw. We didnt get an apology or anything they never returned to our table, yet were frequenting tables adjacent to us. The kids had to ask for refils and their desserts. We will never be returning.
