Super good service

A good choice for date night or any night really, food never disappoints.

Great server! Good food. Had an issue but got resolved quickly. We would return again next time when we come to the area.

Our family of 5 went for birthday supper to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday, when we arrived I informed the first waiter that showed us to our seats know it was my daughter’s birthday, then we had another waitress who took our order so I informed her also.
We were eating and could hear the staff singing my daughter got very shy as she thought it was for her then we realized that it was not coming our way and it was for another table, after our meal I informed her again it is my daughter’s birthday today she said ok then asked if we would like dessert so we placed a order but said it’s to go, after receiving our to go dessert I was frustrated as she still didn’t take note it was my daughter’s birthday so I said it again then she comes back with a complimentary dessert but never sang. The complimentary dessert was nice but I wish they would have sang to her as she would have loved it kinda disappointed they didn’t do it for a child.

I missed going to Jungle Jim's when Truro location closed. We were in New Glasgow so we decided to go.
The food was great, a little higher priced, service was good. Lots of parking, wheelchair access.

Really cool place with a very fun vibe. Food was really good. Stopped randomly when we saw it on the map as we passed. Very glad we stopped in.

Update again: TLDR paragraphs below. Torilyn and Jody KILLED it. Jody is an old friend and made us feel right at home and Tori handled a hyper table of 7 as well as her others in a way I was never looking for her. She just appreed whenI think she thought I was about to look for her. Food typical. Amazing. Atmosphere typical. Happy and fun. Thank you management for keeping the Braille menus. We'll be back soon!

Update: took the family here for Thursday night party night and was NOT disappointed! All the food was on point the ribs were incredible kids had a blast. But what brought it all together was Allison. She was exceptional in her post to our table. She was hilarious, alert and forgiving when I made a mistake paying the bill. Definitely ask for Allison if you want your night to go off without a hitch. Thank you!

Classic spot for a fun meal. My daughters and I have been going here for years. Never, have I been anything less than very impressed. Shanice is without a doubt the most capable server I have seen in a long time. Looking for a causal fun place with wicked food? This is the place.

We ordered 3 meals. Waitress brought 2. Three people at a table? Of course all meals were ordered.despite her claim only two were. Then while two meals grew cold we waited for third. Nope.not a great experience. Amazingly the meal that "wasn't ordered" was part of a 2 for 24.99 special.attitude galore was served up by the waitress? Seriously

Food wasn't the greatest kitchen sink most of the food in it was mushy and the prices are for the size of your portions. Waitresses were all extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant could be bigger it's kinda cramped

Our server Morgan was fantastic! We asked to switch to another area of the restaurant after our drinks were served (some children behind us were kicking their seats repeatedly). She didnt miss a beat. We took our drinks and went to the new table. She promptly served our meals and fresh cutlery with a smile! The food was great. Service was fast. It was both mine and my youngest sons birthday, and they brought him out a complimentary dessert, and sang to him. It made his whole day!:)

Upbeat and friendly staff. Same great food you'd expect. Been going to Jungle Jim's for 20 years or more.

This is a must try place I cannot believe how good all the food was the service was amazing the kitchen sink was amazing you need to try this place

Great meal! Didn't get refills on my coffee though. But they were supper busy. Not a hugh deal to me.

Service was a little bit slow that day, but it's usually pretty good. Food arrives fast!

It was my first time there. The food was fresh and tasted great. Service was awesome. We will be back.
