The worst clinic I have ever seen in my life. First of all, they state "MASKS ARE REQUIRED", but when asked if they can provide one, the lady said, "We don't sale masks here" This was literally her response. Being a Canadian, I too know the clinics don't sale masks but they do keep them in case the patients don't have them. No issues if they don't keep them. But then a white man enters the room and he doesn't have a mask and he asks for one and all of a sudden she found it from underneath her desk. How come? There were no masks for brown people and she got one for the white! That's so discouraging. Second of all, she was describing about the tests that were gonna done- my dad had to give the urine sample and she was showing the washroom and then all of a sudden she said "Don't do it here, go the the washroom". Are we that illiterate that we don't know where to pee? Third of all, the doctor gave us a map of the interior of the Victoria General Hospital as we had to go there for the X-ray. After completing all the tests, when I came back to return one form to her, she asked for that map that doctor gave me. Why she would need a map back? They had a lot of prints of that map. Did she think we are gonna plan an attack with that map? How ridiculous? This is my first ever worst racist experience in Canada and I feel shamed saying that it was with one of the immigration clinics. If they can't upkeep with their Equality, multiculturalism etc.why would they state that on their website? Apart from that, the doctor look total psycho, his machines are from 80s and his desk is horrible- so unorganized! I don't know from where he got his degree and don't have any skills on hiring either!
