Kenny's Pizza Bedford

Please be careful with this pizza spot. I ordered a small pizza for delivery on the phone and as it turns out I ordered a medium. According to the driver I should have ordered a mini pizza which is 9 inches. A small pizza to them is 12-15 inches so I ended paying more or in this case a medium which was the size.

On top of that the pizza was bland and the after taste was not the greatest.

One of my favourite pizza places. Pizza is always 10/10, service is fast and super friendly and always clean inside.

Usually order pizza from here. The best pizza in Bedford…. Donair… another story. The meat is super thin and bland with no taste. Couldn’t eat it. Waste of money…never again

One of the best place if you are having cravings for pizza, i must say the paneer pizza was the best ever i had in my life.
Balwinder, was really awesome and welcoming to us, for his service and pizza i would give 10/10 to kennys.

May 23,2023: Ordered a pizza, could barely hear the guy on the other end. Toppings, store cleanliness, service and presentation were great as usual, but the sauce was hard to come by.

Cost savings measure?
I dunno, man. Good pizza traditionally, but I find the lack of sauce is disturbing.

Ordered a donair for pickup and grabbed a slice off the spinner while I was there…$19…way too much considering the slice was old and dried out to the level of cardboard and I had to throw out.

Worst pizza I ever had, was not even fully cooked, I had to throw it away, avoid it even if they gave it to you for free

Large donair was the size of a pizza pocket,
Was not grilled, not real nonair meat.
Very very small.
Worst donair I ever had.
Other Kennys locations are great.
Don't go to The Bedford Location.

Ordered for my son's 18th birthday. Meat Lovers and works. When I say it was grosse, I mean awful. No one ate it; it was undercooked and just plain inedible. It literally went in the green bin.
I wasted $75 on 2 pizzas and a garlic fingers. Will never order again.

6 of us ordered take out for a poker night at a hotel, pepperoni pizza and garlic fingers. Garlic fingers were good, the donair sauce was amazingly good, although we all liked the pizza it wasn't any thing to get excited about, pepperoni should have been on top of cheese since its the star of the pizza to get cooked and crisped up, not hiding under the blanket ashamed, cold and slim balls.

I am less than 5 minutes from their Bedford location. Two minutes as the crow flies.
When I ordered online there was an additional $4.50 delivery charge added and then an additional $1.20 for debit-at-the-door on top of that. I cancelled the order

Ordered a large donair pizza and medium garlic fingers only to be given one half cup of donair sauce for both. When I asked them for more sauce I was charged an extra $7.50. Pizza is really good but its a ripoff.

This is my go to place for food, as I live very close by. I've always had positive experiences with both the food, and customer service.

I will say they Have had great customer service but every time I go in for a slice they have been extremely dried out and crunchy.
It sucks because they are close to home and work it’s great to go grab a slice sometimes but hell almost broke a tooth on that crust.

This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever ordered food from. I live within 4 blocks of this restaurant and have waited over an hour and half for food multiple times. I have had to reheat my food in the oven after waiting that long because it’s ice cold. I’ve received wrong items and been told “that’s what you ordered” when clearly on the online receipt it states that it’s not what I ordered. I’ve tried to speak to management on multiple occasions at this location and been told he’s off or not working. There is never a supervisor or anyone that can handle customer issues. The staff are argumentative, they do not listen to feedback and constantly blame the customer and take zero accountability. As someone who’s been eating at Kenny’s in cape Breton my whole life it’s embarrassing that this restaurant has the Kenny’s name above it. It’s a shame really because the food (when hot) is excellent but the service is unimaginably poor.

First time getting takeout from Kenny’s. Overall impression is great! Place was very clean, workers were all focused, organized and on task! Place smelled great! Very friendly. So now to taste. Garlic fingers were the best that I have had since moving back to Nova Scotia! Pizza was great as well, still piping hot when we got it home. Very pleased with pricing also. Will certainly be back.

Tried a couple times. Overly expensive prices and small portions, disappointed as this wasn't always the case at the other location I used to order a lot from. Large donair here looks like a small from any of the other pizza places in Bedford

Have ordered here since I moved here a year ago. Have complained about the dry tasteless garlic fingers twice (no change) and I don't bother ordering the pizza anymore.donairs were always good until tonight. Paid $23 for 2 cold, pre packaged store bought donair meat donairs. Absolutely disgusting. Was like warmed pate, even the cats were disgusted. Sad because the packaging was beautiful but the food inside a complete horrendous joke. No more orders from me, even more money lost.

It was a great experience with dine in at Kenny’s.

Especially the Paneer one is the good one.

Felt nostalgic

My donair didn't taste like any donair I've ever had before. Above and beyond the call of greasy, and expensive.

Purchased a slice of pepperoni pizza and can of pop deal for $5.00. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer service. The young man who took our order was so great with all the customers. As my daughter and me ate our meal I could here his interactions with the other customers. He was genuinely kind, polite and even new a few by name. You don't see great service like this often and it really stood out last night when we had our pizza at Kenny's.

Donairs made with gross pre-made deli slices. Absolutely unacceptable donairs, which are a ridiculously simple east coast staple, but Kenny's sees fit to substitute the classic rotisserie meat with packaged deli sliced strips which are absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Order an Extra Large Bacon, Bacon, Bacon Pizza, OMG, you owe it to yourself! It's almost a Life changing experience!

Being originally from Sydney, CB I’ve grown up eating Kenny’s Pizza. Now that I live here in Halifax, I continue to order from here. I’m in nursing and came to my night shift without making supper so of course I ordered a combination. When I got to the door to pick up my pizza from the nursing home I work at, Chris H, my delivery guy said it was on him and thanked me for my service. I was never so touched. Thanks Chris for your kind heart and making my night. I’ll always continue to be a loyal customer.

Had this for the first time today. The pizza slice was fresh and delicious. The young male worker today was so Incredibly friendly, he made our day!

Not sanitary, VERY rude management. I'll never go back to this location again. They used to be good like the original Kenny's in Cape Breton but they have really let things go over the last year or so. You'll have much better luck with Kenny's on Kearney Lake Road. They have great quality and great management!

Best pizza in Bedford. And amazing service. The owner is so friendly. Try the pizza slice, and pop deal for just $5 total if you’re in the area and need a little snack.

Bit of an overdue review here, we tried their Deluxe Pizza & Garlic Fingers about a week ago. Underwhelming product, average service. The garlic Fingers were odd - we couldn't explain it, but our 21-year old wouldn't finish them, and the deluxe pizza was nothing to be excited about either. - Sorry, possibly we caught them on a bad day?
