Kenny's Pizza Charlotte Street

This was an awesome visit treated our family very well and very cheap I love it awesome will definitely back.update went back recently and it was a very good time and we all had a blast I want to thank the cook Mitch and the waiter Sam thanks again for the good visit

Norm would be Napoli but wow crust perfect pizza was combination small, extremely fresh cooked perfect. The pizza dough was cooked without any burn or black marks on bottom of crust. Just so fresh thank you great job.
The pizza sauce yes came through all ingredients with a huge plus. Keep up the great work.

This is the best location they have as far as I'm concerned it's always super clean and fast. Not that the others aren't good it's just my personal favorite.

Typical pizza place but its a good place to eat late night pizzas and fried food. Nice clean place.

Fantastic place to be with friends and family. But they need to adopt according to the changing demography.

Food was good, but service was quite slow. I waited at least 35 mins for a simple order while a guy ahead of me who called in his order had already waited 45 mins. Most orders were take out and barely anyone was dining in, but it seemed like they needed another person or two to be able to keep up.

Delivery took way too long! It took an hour and half for the pizza to come and they forgot the 2Lt Pepsi. I prepaid and it was the worst service ever.
No refund and no pop that I already paid for. They said oh it’s first class delivery’s fault then I call First class delivery and they say it’s Kenny’s fault. Either way it was so slow and they charged me for an item I never received. I even called to make sure they don’t forgot the diet Pepsi and they still forgot it! I will
Never order From them again. Napoli pizza now all the way! $36.00 bucks for a large pizza, pop and delivery fee, is not worth the hour and half wait and missing paid items. Made me Sick

The place was clean. Had a piece of pizza. It was cold, been sitting way too long. Plus had no taste, it was combination. Had to go back and ask for napkins. They use to have free wifi and he canceled it. For what reason, staff did not know. We will see how that works for when the new campus opens I won't be back.

Love the pizza the prices are pretty high though should be 30 for a pizza and garlic fingers not 35 dollars

So I ordered a slice of pizza and when the driver arrived I handed him $20 and a $4 tip and he just ran on my grass and left so then I called them to ask if I could get my money back and they said they don’t have my order even though I made sure it was the right number so there scamming you DO NOT ORDER

I have only had pizza 3 times since being in NS since last June. Tonight will be my last because of Kenny's. Was told wrong information in regards to what I could get in the deals. Was charged more then what I was told, was charged $3.50 for mushrooms that were not on the pizza. Had asked for a bottle of ice tea, I don't drink pop, got delivered Pepsi. Then I looked at my bill, I was charged $1.25 for using debit machine at my door. I was told my Bill would be around $39.00 with taxes and delivery, ended up $49.22.

The pizza which was once a Cape Breton staple is now mediocre at best, and my last experience with the corner of Townsend St. And Charlotte St. Location i am done for good. I was ignored by staff without even as much as an acknowledgment I was there, and finally left when I could hear the person making pizza ask for the second time for someone to go out front after a delivery person came in. Thank-you for making it clear you do not want my business.

Got 2 slices of pep n cheese must of sat in the rack for 5 hours barely any pepperoni or cheese on it should of been free

Order delivery from here often! The wait time is typically 30-45 minutes (pretty standard for a fresh pizza). The crust is always a little under done, which I actually like! One of my fav pizza spots on CB island

This pizza stinks and as an amateur weatherman I would never forecast a good time for anybody that goes here.

Great place Mr. Kenny and his staff are great and always provide great customer service and nice clean friendly atmosphere great place to eat

Good food and decent speed of service but staff that waited on me and my daughter were kinda rude. Not much effort to be polite.

It's acool place we enjoyed the pizza together with the kids whom one was celebrating his 4thbirthday.

Great place. We went with 25 people for hockey and they were wonderful. Clean place great food.

Food is really great.always clean.just took a long time to get my order ready which was only a hero sub. Took almost an hour.

So, once again, I feel like never ordering from this location ever again.multiple times now that I have had a bad experience with this location.
I have been a fan of Kenny's for a VERY long time, and it is the only pizza place I have liked around here, but that's quickly changing.
Ordered a moms choice, with extra garlic butter and extra cheese on the garlic fingers, and half combo half veggie at 9: 19.
Pizza came around 10: 10 (yep.almost an hour.). I was excited, until I opened the boxes.
Garlic fingers had barely any garlic butter on them, and after paying almost an extra $3 for extra cheese, there was no extra cheese.
Pizza? Yep. Barely any pizza sauce, barely any veggies, and there was PEPPERONI on the veggie side of the pizza.it's vegetarian.pepperoni isnt vegetarian.
If I'm paying almost $40 for pizza and delivery, I expect it to be made right.
Called back and told them about the pizza, and they asked if I wanted them to make a new one, not sounding very interested, and I said yes.
10 minutes later they called and said they needed to get the pizza they messed up on for "inventory purposes". So they made me wait around another 30 mins just for a guy to pick up the pizza.the
Finally got the pizza around 11, with barely any sauce, but I guess it is what it is.
Point is: people dont want to wait an hour for a pizza that's made wrong and garlic fingers that are dry with little cheese when they paid extra for extra cheese.then wait almost another hour to finally get their pizza.not good, but not as bad as the last at least.right?
