Kenny's Pizza Cole Harbour

We ordered 4 pizzas on Door Dash for a 5pm pickup. They flagged us as a no show at 4pm. Door dash confirmed they messed up and 5pm was our pickup time.

Come 5pm, I arrive and they served us the cold pizzas they made over an hour previously. This was disgusting, attricious and I'm sure a health violation.

Pizza joints are a dime in a dozen. Save your money and avoid this place

Ordered through UberEats. When my food arrived the driver only had half my order. Called the store and they didn’t even cook half my food. The guy on the phone fought with me about what I ordered until he reread the slip and realized he screwed up. He then proceeded to try to blame Uber even though it wasn’t their fault. I called him out and he then put me on hold and came back with attitude and told me they will make me the rest of the meal and it would take an hour to get it.

Disgraceful! I never leave reviews but I had to make an exception for this place. I ordered a pizza and after being placed on hold for 4 minutes I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up in 20 and proceeded to watch them make 2 pizzas for slices before they even started making mine. Forget the fact that nobody was there wanting slices, I’ve never had such poor service from any establishment.

Outside of the fact that you can rarely find help on the floors, there is a wide variety of goods to choose from. Will never use automatic tellers. I want to talk to a teller in real life.

I was there soon after lunch and there was a limited selection of slices available, however the ones they had were fantastic!

We ordered the combination pizza as well as a gluten free garlic fingers and we were so pleased! The food arrived hot and fresh and tasted amazing!

Friendly staff Supreme pizza chef with delicious dough matured dough done right taste 10 out of 10 for toppings creamy cheese prices you can't beat Highly recommended. Best pizza in Canada.

Great pizza and regular spot for us. Love the pizza drive thru and a huge fan of the take home pizza kits.

Good prices compared to other places these days. Pizza tastes great. There's a drive thru and beer inside if you want to sit down!

Just wanted to say how disappointed I was in the staff at the Cole Harbour location this past Thursday around 5pm. I went to the drive through, and no one came to the window, waited about 3 minutes it's and no sign of life, which wasn't too bad, so I drove around and went inside. There, I saw 3 employees talking near the cash, as soon as I entered, they looked at me, then 1 went to making pizzas, the other 2 scattered on their phones. I stood their for a few mins, everyone completely ignoring me, so I just left.

I've never seen that level of incompetence when it comes to customer service. I've seen bad service, but to be completely ignored, when I'm the only one in the store, is just crazy. Absolutely disappointed, and debating going back. I would suggest you have a chat with these employees, because if it happened to me, I doubt it's an isolated incident.

Just got the pizza from this location. It was so good and the staff was super friendly as well.

So disappointed in the ponzo I ordered today. Cost $20, did order extra cheese, although it didn’t seem like it. Seemed smaller in size, more expensive, way less filling, no green pepper, maybe six mushroom slices, about ten pepperoni slices. I have ordered these for awhile so the change was definitely noticed. I am done. John you can do better. That was in no way worth twenty dollars. It was definitely not the regular one that I always order. I have given this place more then a few fair chances.

Our favorite pizza. The mom's special gets you pizza and garlic fingers. Totally recommend this for your next pizza.

For the cost of the pizza it could have been a lot better. The toppings were clumped together and not spread somewhat evenly. Hardly any sauce.
We got a large deluxe and sadly the only thing that was deluxe was the price.

$10 for two delish slices and two cans pop. Cant complain about that. Mid day last visit and slices were still fresh and tasty.

Delivery. Sorry Kenny's, your pizza was terrible! Crust was gummy (like wet dough), temp was lukewarm, ingredients were all in the centre, tons of green peppers added although not ordered. We'll stick with our frozen Dr. Oetker pizza in future, it's much tastier and it's only $6. Sorry Kenny's, we wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

Sorry Kenny's, your pizza was terrible and we won't be ordering from you again. Pizza was gummy, most of the ingredients were clumped together in the middle, it was lukewarm, you added a ton of green peppers, but I didn't ask for green peppers because I detest green peppers. The best thing I can say is that it was on time! We'll stick with our Dr. Oetker frozen pizza. It's $6 and tastes much better than the pizza we received from you this evening. Not recommended (very sorry). (Took pictures, but there's no way to add them?)

Really disappointed. We ordered tonight 8 donair dippers, poutine, and large garlic fingers. Poutine was great. Moved onto donair dippers and noticed no donair sauce. We checked the garlic fingers and there was none. We called and they said they would credit our account. When we started to eat the garlic fingers… we noticed a hair in them. Called and said we wanted a refund. They said the manager “John” would call us tomorrow to let us know if they can do that or not.

Super disappointing. I know everyone says this but… we won’t be ordering from them again. I’ll update tomorrow if the manager decided to refund us or not.
