I am a Kent pro customer, I avoid this location as there customer service is terrible, they never know where products are, I usually go to Baker drive as Pat and Mel value my business, this location makes you feel like you are a burden to them,

Great selection, helpful, knowledgeable staff, love the clearance bin lol. I try hard to support local, NB is pretty local.

Went in to get a key cut. I wish I had caught her name but I was so caught off by how rude she was that I couldn't think. Middle aged woman, short hair, little chubby. Horribly rude. Home Depot next time!

I went there to get a quote for a patio door and they said that they would contact me the next day with the details.well 1 week later and I am still waiting. Another example of poor customer service in Nova Scotia. In the future, I will give my business to one of the national big box stores who seem to appreciate the business.

I was very impressed with one of your employees. His first name is Trevor, maybe in his 50's. He went out of his way to help and was patient and very knowledgeable. Great person to have on staff!

Very well merchandised. Clean washrooms. Lots of employees around to ask questions. Nicest kents I have been to.

We usually find what we are looking for here. The advice is good and the shop is well laid out so that you can find your way around easily.

Kent is a great Canadian building supply store. They picked up where Rona dropped the ball on Airmiles. I’m happy they are carrying the Sico paint product line.

Replaced a broken LED light fixture I purchased four months prior - no receipt and no box. They replaced it with no hassle - great customer service

If your looking for a custom item, they dont do any custom bathroom vanitys from what the sales associate told me. Waited around for 25 min before finding an associate to assist me. Better to go to home depot, you'll get help there, and they can do custom items.

Nice place for construction deals. I think I found my materials supplier, despite high prices. It is one place for everything, from rough in to finishing, unfortunately staff does not know what they have but there is also one guy that knows everything and can help you. Return policy is great and you can get good deal for tools. You just need to keep watching for discounts and seasonal deals.

Big beautiful store! We were here to find outdoor furniture and there was lots to choose from and sit on. Their website is awful however.

Had to get a deadbolt keyed. The gentleman at the in hardware re-keyed the lock in short order. Excellent service.

While the location is Dartmouth crossing is new and has a large collection, the complete lack of knowledge and extreme disorganization by the team members make it a painful experience. I paid in advance for building supplies that never ended up being delivered. I had to go back and for to the store multiple times to sort it out. Also booked an insulation blower and when I went to pick it up it had been rented to someone else shortly before I came to pick it up the next day. After all this I was barely even offered a sorry let alone some type of compensation for my time. You are better off sticking to. Home depot, at least there you know what to expect.

Normally staff are very helpful. Today not. Requested an explanation on how a tool worked. Salesperson couldn't tell me anything beyond where my fingers should go.

Same as it was just bigger. Friendly and helpful staff. Preferred the old location by Mic Mac Mall instead of Dartmouth Crossing.

The store was nice and clean. The employees seemed nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they didn't have what I needed in stock so I had to go to another store

Could not get a sheet of birch plywood cut until Friday, went to home depot not only was the plywood cheaper I got it cut within 10 min, as a customer we want it when we want it, I will continue to shop at Kent but they won't be my first stop
