Lovely lady that served me however like other customers that left reviews the food is not good anymore. Cold chicken tenders and one of them not fully breaded. Poutine is just ok. The food was not fresh and could potentially give people food poisoning. I had not eaten at KFC for a long while best to avoid this location. It has been on the decline for a while and is not improving.

Service is polite and to the point. On this visit I noticed the size of the portions were
different. It is a go to for a quick fill yourself up meal.

The food was okay, but there was a lack of seating here, which is not appreciated. Went here sometime during the first week of July.

We weren't sure what we wanted, so we were hanging back, looking. An older gentleman came up to us and told us to Google KFC coupons. He was excited about the deal he just had. It was sweet. Found deal we wanted and attendant tells us it's an order on line only deal. Had to go outside to parking lot, download app, order food on line, use coupon and go back inside to pick up! Lol sounds strange but got 2 fries, 4 pieces chicken, and 2 small servings of popcorn chicken of $10 Cad plus tax. The young lady at the cash was great. BTW, took 5 mins from placing order for it to be ready.

Ordered extra crispy chicken got regular chicken (which was over cooked, super dry had to dunk in water to, still couldn't eat chewed it out)

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I don’t know what happen to kfc but that was the worst chicken I ever had under cooked & didn’t even look like chicken. I was up sick all night.shouldn’t be allowed and a waste of $70

My experience at KFC was horrible. The employee would not return my food because she gave me the wrong order and I didn't have the receipt. They accused me of not being there and called me a liar. They took my chicken wings that were very hard and disgusting and the worker was getting very upset to me. This happened yesterday and I never heard from them yet. It is lunch time and the worker told me that er supervisor would be in and they will contact me today.

NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN! I've been eating from this location for roughly 20+ years and this place is just constantly serving disgusting food. I dont usually leave reviews like this but I'm sick of being ripped off with the poor quality meals. The chicken is so greasy and full of fat that it just soaks the bottom of the box and it practically falls apart when u lift it out of the box, chicken has no crisp the fries are always soggy and tastes like old stale fryer grease, the coleslaw and macaroni sides are always half liquid. I'm totally done with this place. Feb 9 at 7pm, no other customers in the store, i waited roughly 7mins until the clerk was done texting on her phone before she realized I was standing there waiting to place a order for a 4pc box meal, The quality of this meal was terrible and as stated above, the side salad cup was bigger than one of the piecies of chicken, 1 other full piece of chicken was almost all fat and gristle, breading half cooked and soggy and just way to greasy to consume. I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant, terrible service and terrible food!

This is a fine place to get the KFC chicken bucket. It's quite popular for the nearby community residents to get their ideal fried chicken here. In my opinion, there is delicious KFC original chicken pieces bucket to spoil ourselves after a period of fitness diet.

The pieces were too small and salty. This is happening 3rd time in a row and i am not willing to go back there anymore.

The staff were very helpful and this is the best KFC that I have been to and I've been to the one in New Minas and lower Sackville.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN! Just had the worst KFC meal I have ever had! Ordered the Bacon Chicken sandwich meal and I was unable to bite through one end of the chicken but was able to take a bite out of the thicker end. I immediately spit it out as I could not chew it and it tasted burnt. It was very dark in colour and must have been cooked multiple times. We purchased 3 meals, all of them were the same and it cost over $50. This is not the first time I have gotten double cooked (burnt) chicken from the Titus St.location.
Would give no stars if I could. KFC will NEVER get my money again!

I got the most atrocious Fried Chicken i ever seen in my life
There was chunks of Chicken missing out of the fried chicken
And it was burnt on one side
And the skin was missing on the other
Never seen Food Destroyed like this before

KFC just ain't what it used to be. The chicken was so greasy it was soggy and their fries were so bland. I did enjoy a bite of a spicy chicken sandwich though, that was the only redeeming part of my experience!

I came in today on my way to work. I asked for a spicy twister. I noticed on my receipt it said pepper mayo. I informed the cashier that’s not what I wanted. Instead of making a new wrap they put both sauces on my wrap. It was so full of mayo it was falling apart and I had to throw it out. No one answers the phone. Very displeased.

This is THE BEST KFC restaurant! I always have a hard time getting white meat (even though I pay extra) but the staff here listened to my needs and met them. They did exactly as I asked and for once it wasn't a long explanation or argument. So friendly and everything was fresh and great! I would tell everyone to go this location as it represents KFC in the best possible light for service and hospitality. We'll done!

Make sure you check your order before you leave. I've received the wrong items several times.

The barrier/ arrow system for social distancing is quite confusing and nobody seems to know where they should actually stand while waiting.

Worst service I ever received in that location (KFC Titus street, Halifax, NS, the cashier didn't understand a word of English, she never brought what I asked for, the only thing that she did is she took the money that it.didn't get my coleslaw salad. I got mayo in a cup instead and my wife's order was missed up too, complete disappointment in the service, it's doesn't meet KFC stander by any chance.

Make sure you always check gravy sauce/ketchup even they insist they ALREADY put into your bags. Or you will always come back and pick up your sauce!

Ordered delivery when the food got there it was cold and was missing one of the sandwiches, called the store and they wouldn't answer the phone kept calling then he argued with me that it was there will not get from this location again

I always loved KFC And I always will the chicken was fantastic the fries were really good gravy everything I never had a problem

This was my first time at this store it was totally Rotten.ordered my food waited 15 mins then was told as half the order was on the counter I would have to wait another 10 minutes for a drumstick. The manager put his hands all over the sandwich, that was cold to touch. He expected me to eat that sandwich after he had his hands all over my food.
He should understand how to handle food by now. Unfortunately I will never order from the KFC on18 Titus street in Halifax Nova Scotia again.

Awful food. Gravy was watered down and gross. Coleslaw tasted sour! We ordered 2 chicken wraps with pepper mayo and both came with spicy habanaro.fries were okay but definitely not salted. No ice for fountain drinks and both drinks we got were flat! No hand sanitizer either. In the middle of a pandemic! The wosrt kfc I have ever been to and I will not be back.

Went again today, still give this dive a 1 star. I LEFT before I even ordered because of the terrible service right off the bat. So off to Mary Browns I went!

Recieved coupon page this week tried to order online but after wasting 5 minutes was told coupon invalid. May 9 is the last day

Terrible KFC, KFC has gone downhill the last few years. Pieces of chicken are very small they now cut a chicken breast in half and state that it is two portions. Save your money and drive a little bit further to Mary Browns, it tastes better not as greasey and get larger portions of chicken. There must be new management for all KFC in HRM because they are a huge disappointment at all HRM KFC.s. I would give zero stars if I could. If you check reviews you will see alot if one stars so I'm not alone.

Ordered a 9pc meal at 9pm Jan 22,2021. The chicken and the fries weren't very fresh, though the chicken was still reasonably tasty.

Bigger problem was my 9pc only had 8 pieces, and even two of those pieces were tiny. (pictured)

So just want to warn everyone about the new original crispy chicken sandwich; on the 23rd and then the 27th of December I had the worst food poisoning of my life due to this menu item. I contacted the store to talk and spoke with the shift manager, one Akshay, who could not have cared possibly less. I guess his food standards don't find food poisoning a serious situation. I will of course follow this up properly but I would not want anyone else to suffer what I suffered. Please avoid, food poisoning can be lethal in some circumstances and the lack of attention paid can only mean other menu items are compromised.

I ordered through uber eats and i got cold food and expired coleslaw. I specifically mention i need extra ketchup and hot sauce but they only gave me one ketchup for entire order and no fork for coleslaw and no napkins.i called them to ask about expired coleslaw and the manager didn’t answered properly.they were rude all the time.they don’t care for customer service.

Kfc promote this famous sandwich and can see nothing in it and the all meat is chewy and not at all fresh.look at meat here so old.burger cost you 7 dollrs not worth please avoid this ridiculous kfc location because I tried in different locations and I got always fresh sandwich and great taste but this location totally unacceptable and will not visit again. Don’t go there.

I try the plant based burger with fries, one of the worst burger i tried. The patty was over cooked. The fries is oily and not cooked well.

Rude employees. They close at 10 and i was there at 915 today. The girl told me they don’t have any chicken and will not make any. No apology and no attempt to help.
Will never come back here.

$4.95 extra crispy box (2PC) chicken (doesn’t specify which types, breast, leg, etc.)

Asked for a leg & breast and they said they can’t give a breast, okay?

Ate at KFC yesterday and it was a bad experience. Tried a different location today and just walked away after they wouldn’t come through on the deal they’re offering,

The food is very standard KFC, but the service was excellent, even in a busy day.

There was an issue with my online order and they took care of it immediately and had the food out very quickly. Really great service.

The food is standard fried chicken and sides, if you like fried chicken it is good.

Paid over $60 in food and there was hardly any chicken there.the sides were too small for being called family size. KFC.no more for me!
