KFC

Went through drive through. Ordered a 4 piece meal. Guy on speaker said “ come back on 20-30 min. I asked what was wrong. He said in a rude voice “ we’re busy “. I said “ busy? Are you out of chicken now “. He replied “ we’re busy “. Again I asked is it because the chicken is cooking “. I over heard him yell out through the speaker and the window “ OH MY GOD “. I went to the window and asked who said that. It was him as I recognized his voice. He just smiled at me. Again I asked who said it. He smiled, said have a good night “ closed the window and walked away. Very unprofessional. Young guy, around 18 or 19 longer straight hair and skinny.
On top of that last many times chicken is flavourless, small and greasy. I’m talking real small. They have one employee there Steve is his name I think. Been there forever. Excellent guy. This punk at the window tonight…. Unacceptable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The man who served us through the drive through was terribly ignorant towards my family. We didn’t even get our food because of how rudely we were treated. This is unacceptable behaviour coming from KFC. Customers should be treated with respect, not how we were treated. And before we even got to the place to order, we had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive-through.

Rude. Unimaginative. Unable to solve a single problems. I'm absolutely disgusted and will never visit a KFC for as long as I live. Their online ordering system didn't offer iced tea but when I went in to exchange the bubbly for the fountain iced tea they insisted on charging an additional $3.

Didn’t get our pop when asked for it the clerk sighed heavily. Then I asked for a fork and he sighed heavily again and said ‘there is one at the bottom of the bag but I’ll get another’ when he came back to the window he asked me snarky if there was anything else. When we went to eat our food there was NO fork at the bottom of the bag so it’s a good thing I asked for one because who wants to eat a poutine with their fingers. Buddy shouldn’t be working with the public if he’s going to be a snippy little brat when asked questions.

Rude behavior of staff.foof was so so bad. Got an offer for replacement. Went there today. They are unable to replace my order.

Aydan and Steven are amazing and hardworking employees! They are very friendly, co-operative, and focused on their chicken-making duties.

They make a great team!

Service was as you'd expect. Service time under 10 minutes at dinner rush. The only reason they lost stars is the fries were under cooked (common corner to cut when busy in a restaurant) and we received 2 macaroni salad instead of a coleslaw and macaroni salad.

I ordered a variety bucket and everything was fresh and delicious, the price was ok. The chicken was crispy and very tasty. My order was made up in good timing and the men who served us were super friendly and personable, I believe their names were Steven and Aiden so a shout out to them. I will return.

The store was great. Waited on by Stephen. He did a fantastic job.

Their app is trash though. Because it's slow and cumbersome

Old guy need to take off from work and enjoy with his grandchildren. The worst guy ever seen in my life. The worst service in this town. Awful

Placed an online order, waited the expected time, drove to the restaurant, waited In line only to be told they didn’t start making anything yet, it would be another 15 minute wait. And after all that waiting the fries are cold. Always a disappointment that is the only thing that is consistent. I would give -5 stars if I could

Make sure you check your food for bugs. There was a large beetle wrapped up in the lettuce of my kentucky flatbread. Found it AFTER we ate 2 chicken burgers so God knows if we ate more bugs. Called the restaurant, no answer. Called customer service, they said they would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since.

Always love getting popcorn chicken poutine! As a fill-up the price is good AND the bowl it comes in is reusable and microwaveable! We always get cheesecake for dessert!

No sitting in. Drive through is short and awkward. Service is fast but food quality is a 50/50 chance of being spot on.

They rip you off big time they cut there chicken peices in half and charge full price. This means that you used to get a hole chicken in a bucket for 30 dollars now you get half and it still cost 30 dollars

KFC is a great place to go to eat but sometimes I just can't handle the grease from the chicken but other than that, superb restaurant.
