Had a great little guy that waited on me, he told me about a deal to save me money, gotta love it!

Absolute best meal from KFC since the 2000s! The fries were golden & crispy, the gravey had beautiful flavor unlike the tasteless gloop it usually tastes like. The macaroni salad was absolutely amazing and the chicken was perfect! Ordered online and got a great deal! Very satisfied with this visit and pray it's the same next time!

Every time ordering through the drive thru it’s a 2 minute wait to order to have to wait 15-25 minutes after to get our food. Unreal how slow the service is.

Fairly good service, is a little slow at times.
The food isn’t as good as it used to be but that special chicken seasoning is unmatched.

Went in to get food for supper, and after placing the order we asked a question about coupons to their supervisor named GAGAN. All she did was threw money on the counter and left. Their cashier named Tanya who was very nice and good at her job handled the issue very nicely. The supervisor Gagan made us wait for about 45 minutes for some reason. That is no way to treat their well paying customers. KFC should definitely take some action against their rude supervisor who has zero knowledge of customer service working in a guest based company.

I just ask an question to thier supervisor called gagan and she was so rude about our order and throw the money in front of us even though our food was cold enough instead of facing me she held us to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. Apart from that there cashier named tanya she was very good at service and handling over issue. They need to take action against gagan.

We ordered an 8pc family meal at 5pm on Tuesday. We have always loved KFC but this was horrible. It was obvious that the fries and chicken were re-heated. They were overcooked and bitter tasting. Not again
Will take our business elsewhere.

We bought a 20 piece Family meal it was so bad we through it out. The chicken was flavorless and small 20 pics filed the bucket half way up. The fries was cold and mushy the gravey was stringie and clumpy and we have had the same problem with the new minas site for the past 4 time until you complane then they pull big pieces out.what a terrible place to eat never go here.i give them a zero star if it would let me.

Big Crunch was dry, tough, cold, bun was soggy. Clearly made quite some time before served. Did not eat it threw it out.

My experience was pretty good. However, I noticed that they were making a lot of mistakes with other orders.
