Nice staff, freshly make fried chicken buckets. We having our late night crave in our car park outside.

Order arrived 30 min before scheduled time, and it was all cold and soggy. Terrible service. Never again from Quinpool Road store. I’d complain to the management but all they would offer is more terrible food for free, no thanks.

A horrible smell of old oil (probably canola). I was looking like the oil has been changed by Colonel Sanders by himself in 1949. Someone from the restaurant staff was coughing so hard in the kitchen. And only a homeless guy was peacefully sleeping behind the table in the corner

PURVESH, the manager of this location needs to learn how to talk to their employees. I dined in for 20 minutes with my family and all I could hear was this rude manager screaming at her staffs all the time. Cancel him/her. #cancel

I use to work at kfc and this is the worst experience I have ever had food was cold and over cooked and not in proper containers and my large fry was not seasoned very disappointed in the food and staff we talked to the manger about ordering large drinks and getting small and his response oh sorry and gave us large drinks and the pop machine said 7up it was sparking water plus everything was dirty tables floors and in the kitchen was cross contamination issues would not recommend this location at all

You know whats worse than kfc coming with a weird wetish texture. Immediately puking up kfc with a weird wet ish texture. They also forgot our fries on an uber order so we ordered some before we opened the chicken and realized it was almost grey and felt undercooked and overcooked at the same time. Havent had kfc in 15 years, wish I had of kept those years going up. Colonel Saunders would be mighty disappointed

I ordered a 42 dollar meal for delivery, they don't read the special instructions box and I got no gravy and my order was left outside and the cold lobby instead of ringing my buzzer and I called the store and nothing much was done, come get a fries when your here next, who's going to know that I'm supposed to get those fries? Where's my gravy for the fries? Chicken looks terrible and skimpy.first time ordering online never again.

Ole KFC Kant Friggin Cook. Only problem I have with the place is they don't do extra crispy chicken. Besides that it's expensive greasy chicken for what ya get.

No Coleslaw, 4 pc Special was 3 drumsticks and a small wing. Ordered gravy, paid for it, Never received it! Tasted extremely OLD! NOT IMPRESSED. 2nd time I ordered in 2 wks. No BREASTS!

Only thighs and legs available on a Sunday. Smh. What's the point of being open. I hate how the KFC franchise is operated in
Halifax. Standards are greatly lacking. Flavour greatly lacking, sometimes rubbery chicken and a chicken breast cut in half being sold as 2 pieces. KFC is my favorite and I have had it in a few countries, THIS is the lowest standard I have encountered.

Do not order from here.
Never received my food. Paid $42 to get it delivered. Called 15 times and no answer and to this day my food never arrived, and I lost $42. If I could put 0 star I would.

Ordered food online. Chicken was dry and they didn’t even give me my large gravy. Make several phone calls to this place but they never picked it up

Extremely poor quality control, i have ordered three times in the same restaurant, and the buckets for this time is so terrible, Fried chicken's bread is soft and salty, the meat is tasteless, the two stars are give to the service, the fried chicken worth 1 star, The oil temperature may be high when frying this time.anyways, the two times that i ordered before was great, that's why i order many times, but i don't know what happened, this bucket is total different.

Food comes fast most of the time and they run out of chicken sometimes. Also It seems that recently the chicken has been lacking some flavor but overall still good enough.
