Walked in to get chicken nuggets after a long day, a commotion had started because a customer was served rotten juice. All she wanted was an exchange and the lady at the counter refused- even after saying it was clearly rotten. It was brown. This woman hadn’t touched her food so just asked for a refund and yet was still refused. Every day they can comp a customer for a mistake with free food or whatever, but in a situation where a woman doesn’t want to give her children clearly compromised food and drink nothing can be done? The juice was brown and stunk, she offered me to see for myself to out of curiosity I did- and she wasn’t wrong at all. I walked out, customers are what keep these establishments in business so serving them bad product is terrible. The owners should definetly be checking in on the staff- I’d be mortified if my staff were letting bad product out the door and blatantly telling the PAYING customer “too bad”.

Just ordered a soft taco.no lettuce no tomato and the shell was pretty much empty.horrible never again.

Staff abusing each other and using abuse language in front of customer. I was there with my girlfriend and this incident makes me uncomfortable

It’s for the owner of the store cuz you are the one who’s losing business not your employees. The employees at this store need more training specially the MANAGER if she is one. Zero customer service, don’t even know how to talk to your customers. We aint coming back cuz the way they treat customers. Today I found out that managers are allowed to curse at customers.

I have loved this location since i can barley remember! Definitely a restaurant to sit and eat in!

Exactly what you would expect from this chain. Good and fast customer service. Clean tables during lunch rush!

Day i learnt something new at your store that your employees have some sense. I wouldn’t been able to learn it until the girl at window told me that she had some sense. I’m glad to tell that I agree with her statement cuz she only have SOME sense that’s why she forgot to put ketchup and cutlery in the bag. So if you use your all senses at the work, you won’t have to tell customers about your sense.

This place is awful, they get my order wrong every time, like every time, and when i get a taco theres close to nothing inside it, like i paid $17 for my meal n this is what i get?

They couldn't get my order. After they get order, they already took wrong order. What I order and what I get is different.

It's a place whose employees are not well educated, they gave no quality food and service

What can I say about KFC the food is excellent the service you'll keep going back very delicious not too far from where I live so I would definitely recommend going to KFC Sydney Rivers KFC is absolutely great chicken

Its KFC. Paid through the app, ending up not getting one of the items ordered. I barely order from this place and can see why.

Taco Bell was gross. Had Fries Supreme and was 1 little dab of sour cream and few tomatoes. No green onions. I've had it in Truro and in NB was so delicious.this was a disgrace.

Sydney River location the chicken is always soo soo greasy.service is ok it's not a super friendly place. The workers don't smile much except for the fake one when they come to take your order lol.and we'll it's is definitely overpriced.especially when all your really paying for is the chicken. I got just a bucket of chicken hoping to see some money and I saved less the 8 bucks so always get the fries, gravy and salads
