KFC

The only pieces of chicken I could identify were legs and wings, undercooked at that! Don't know where they got the other tiny pieces, tough and undercooked, think it may have been pigeon! Anyway, never again.

The floors were dirty, the counters and tables were sticky and gross. Food was cold and the service was slow, would rate a 0/5 if possible.

I ate in - very quiet / pleasant atmosphere. Speedy Service, and the Only KFC I have eaten at in a Long Time that wasn't Pure Grease - the chicken was as fresh and juicy as I remember as a kid 50 years ago. I will certainly be back

I really didn't expect it, but this location in New Waterford had hands down the best food and service I have received from any KFC across Canada in the last 10 years. KFC is a brand that I feel has been on the decline for years, but every once in a while I just want chicken. The location was tidy, the staff were pleasant and even took the time to bring some of the food to our table while we waited for it to be cooked, which was totally unexpected, and their double tender sandwich combo was a hit with me. It might not be their most prestigious item, but the chicken had a crispy exterior, it was juicy and properly seasoned. It came on a nice bun and the sauce and toppings complimented the sandwich well. I've had other sandwiches at KFC in the past that I did not enjoy nearly as much. Additionally, the fries were well seasoned and more importantly properly cooked. Overall it was a really good experience and I would go back.

Chicken pieces getting smaller when extra crispy chicken available ask for all white pay for all white get thighs every time never buying again support your local fried chicken restaurant

Went to get chicken at 9: 30 and they don’t sell chicken at that time because they are closing at 10.

It's OK. Prices are high. Chicken is pretty greasy, and pieces are getting a lot smaller. Staff are there, but it seems like they don't want to be.

Serve Really Nice food.
Staff is really co-operative.

Store Manager Warly is playing the best role to serve the best food to the whole town.

As per the availability of resources in this town this is best what a manager a can do for the town.

I was on leave on Sunday and wanted to eat something fresh and good chicken so I went to this place and order 4pc chicken combo, the taste of the food was awesome, best chicken I ever had it's better than sydney kfc really recommend this place

I went last Saturday at new waterford kfc and order 10pc bucket chicken & the chicken was delicious & tasty
Best chicken I had

Placed an order at 3: 53 online to be delivered.delivery time was suppose to be 5: 08.at 5: 25 I called because my food had still not arrived. Food arrived at 5: 45.also ordered a large gravy and received a small! With such a long wait for delivery, there shouldn't have been a $7 fee for delivery.
I seem to have an issue everytime I order from KFC New Waterford. There won't be a next time
