Also had Chiro there and I’m basically in love with Julian. Perfect amount of cracking and realignment. If you haven’t been, highly highly recommend both of these professionals

I went to Taleed's full body class and loved it! She's such a great teacher, she really pays attention to your form while encouraging you to challenge yourself. Her personality is so bright and welcoming, I felt at ease taking myself out of my comfort zone and trying new exercises I normally would not have. Looking forward to taking more classes with her!

This is the first health & fitness centre I have been too that has such a strong commitment to community building. Such a warm & welcoming vibe, feels like family & home. Jules & Julian are both beautiful people who truly care about wellness. I love the fitness classes, great teachers and affordable prices. I'm strengthening my back & core, and I feel grateful to be in top tier hands at KinFix.

Staff are fantastic. Very detailed, these professionals get right to work on a program designed for you to heal properly and keep you motivated throughout the healing process. Progressive exercises with proper structure. Coupled with excellent Chiropractic adjustments. Fantastic results!

My first time getting acupuncture and Raychel was AMAZING. So knowledgeable, listened to what my problems were and actually followed up with what would help. 2 days after my treatment and the pain I went in for has dissipated almost completely. 100% will be back

I've been to KinFix for massage and physio. It's been such a positive experience each time. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. You'll be greeted with a smile, and if your lucky some cuddles from the studio dog, Marty. Logan/Calvin provided professional and knowledgeable massage/physio treatments. Looking forward to trying some of the studio classes and maybe a chiro or acupuncture appointment. Julien and Juliana have created a wonderful space, it's such a great addition to the neighbourhood.

I had an unusual situation. I am on vacation, visiting from Ontario. I had been experiencing neck pain and into my second week of pain when Dr Julien and Julianna got me in. Dr Julien gave me a game plan so that I could still do touristy things and so that he could finish his treatment plan before I went home. My neck isn't perfect but it's so much better! I was also a chiro virgin. Dr. Julien talked me through everything he did. Dr. Julien was also wonderful with my 7 year old son who asked him a million questions during my appt. And then totally made his morning by letting him feed the studio fish. All around wonderful experience!

Cannot recommend Sheena Boucher (RMT) enough! I have been going to Sheena to treat neck/back issues for years and every time I feel restored. Today I took my 7-year old in to treat some acute back pain and he was very nervous prior to going in. Sheena immediately put him at ease and he was comfortable throughout the whole assessment process and treatment. She made sure his voice was being heard the whole time, gently checking in and asking him questions directly. He was so relaxed on the table and as soon as we left the clinic he said his back felt much better. 5/5!

Don’t call anyone else! Julien is not just a great chiropractor, but he’s a great person all around. He truly listens and is very professional in his approach. He’s helped me several times over the years with several different issues. It’s no wonder he’s one of the most sought after chiropractors in the HRM. You won’t regret making an appointment. Came here again as I don't see the previous review i left a few years back.
Dr. Julien is one of the most caring chiropractors that I've met. He's genuinely cares about his patients' well-being.
It was a great pleasure to do the internship at the Aptus clinic woth him, and see how great he is with not only adults, but woth kids and teenagers as well.
