King of Donair

The price for the food is great and the food is high quality. Defintely they deserve a 5 star review from me.

Ordered a medium pizza with the works had it delivered and it was burnt and I mean black call them complained they did not return my call

Me and my team went today to eat at King of Donair and the food was absolutely delicious. The thing that I really liked the most was the service speed of the staff. 10 out of 10 place for me.

Not what I was expecting from the King of Donair. The donair was ok, but the rest of the food was not eddable. Over cooked appetizers with all the mozzarella missing from the sticks and the onion rings were burnt.

Greasy dive with unfriendly staff. Their donair is far from best in Halifax. Go to Big Wedge in North end Halifax for much better one

This location used to have really good generic pizza and decent Donairs but recently the quality of the food has dropped as has the atmosphere of the staff.

We had pizza a couple weeks back and it was overcooked and under dressed. Felt like eating a brick with the same level of crunch and taste.

I should have learned my lesson but alas, I went there tonight for 2 large donairs. The pita was inedible as it had been utterly drenched then heated on the meat leaving it soggy and pasty instead of fried with that oh so good crispy edge.

The meat had no taste other then a touch of heat and the sauce lacked the hit of garlic that really pulls it together. To top it all off the grease was so abundant it soaked through both layers of tinfoil.

The onions were off and the tomatoes were not much better. If I don't get food poisoning I will be surprised.

Never eat here if you want quality food. This "King of Donair" is nothing more then a stable boy at best.

Not fancy pizza, but it does thick and greasy very well. And the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I’ve heard of the infamous Halifax Donair and I wasn’t sure what to expect.
For starters I ordered a Philly version of donair w/ peppers, onions & mushrooms.
It was ok. It was extremely hard to eat as there was so much sauce I had to use a fork. For a sandwich and the donair sauce it was ok. Maybe I should have tried the original.
Oh and if you pay by debit there’s a. 40 surcharge they don’t advertise on top of if you do a tip option! I didn’t expect that or had any warning this was a thing. Just don’t be surprised when you insert your ATM card.

Best pizza in Halifax! Donairs are also great! The thing I love about this place is the consistency. The pizza is the same every time, excellent! There's so many pizza places in Halifax where one time you order its good, and then, thinking you found a good pizza place, the next time the pizza is totally different and not good at all, KOD on Lacewood makes a great pizza every time! I love this place! Keep up the great work!

Good old fashion hole in the wall donair spot. Food was great! Inside could use some tlc though

KOD you've done it again. My donair arrived in Parrsboro intact and was delicious. You need to come down this area with a small but mighty take out shop.can't wait for my next one.

I Ordered a large donair sub at approximately 11: 30pm on the 22nd of May, 2022 and it was the worst donair sub I've ever had. There was ZERO effort put into making it. The meat was dry and tasteless and the sub wasn't even toasted properly. I paid almost $15 for complete and absolute garbage. I usually avoid writing scathing reviews but I'm making an exception here because the person who prepared my sub knew very well that he/she was serving garbage.

Reached Toronto. First of all amazing food. My kids love it. All thanks to Mr.vaseem for properly packing up ma food. They love the donair. Would visit again. Highly recommended.
