Got an appointment for car maintenance in less then a week, the local Honda Hrm said 4 to 6weeks before they could take my car

We recently purchased our new Honda HRV from Kings Honda. Danny Neima and Kim Whynot were wonderful to deal with. They were both so helpful, and made the process of purchasing very easy.

I was shopping around for a pre-owned vehicle and found one that I was highly interested in at Kings Honda. I cannot say enough about Ryan Hill in sales and Kim Whynot in finance! They went above and beyond in so many ways to get me into my Honda CRV Black Edition. I live 3.5 hours away from Coldbrook and they made the process so seamless, preventing me from having to make any unnecessary trips. The whole experience was amazing! I will consider driving to Coldbrook again the next time I purchase a vehicle, just because of the incredible service. If you're looking at a pre-owned vehicle and you're unsure being out of town, don't hesitate! This dealership is worth the drive!

I went into Kings Honda the other day in the hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. Unfortunately for me (LOL) I met with Danny Neima who was my sales representative. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was definitely NOT pushy he gave me the information I needed and let me test drive my forever vehicle. Once my decision was made, I met with Kim Whynot who is the financial representative. Kim made the entire $$$$ process and paperwork go seamlessly! I cannot say enough good things about Kings Honda and especially Danny and Kim. If you are considering either a new or new to you vehicle I would strongly suggest talking to Danny and then asking for Kim to do the financials! Danny and Kim! You are both rock stars in my books! I had Kings Honda do the brakes on my 2018 Acura TLX and service was excellent. They understood what I wanted, checked with me to get a final OK on their diagnosis, had my car ready on time even when I added a brake fluid flush and charged a very fair price. Overall a top notch experience. Doug C.

Wonderful new home for Honda. Staff was very friendly, listened to what you said and had knowledgeable insights. They were not pushy at all. We have bought 3 new Honda civics from kings in the past 4 years. Took our 2018 to the dealer to have inspected, for lease buy out. Service said we need new brakes etc 700 before we could buy it. We wanted to leave it to have repairs made. Asked for a loaner, none available which was fine. We are from Digby and our daughter (her car) lives in Halifax, so we took the car and had it booked in at Belliveau motors for brakes. Brakes are less then half worn. Belliveau service reports so they did not install new.this is becoming a major pain.needless to say we won’t be buying from Kings again.

Purchased my H-RV from here recently. Kelly was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Super helpful, and not at all pushy to make a sale. Kim in the finance department was also amazing to deal with. She walked me through the whole process with such kindness. Had quite a few laughs, too. Amazing customer service. Bought a Honda Certified 2017 Honda Civic at Kings County Honda. I went there a few days prior to my purchase and Jon promptly came out in the rain (respect) and assisted me. He actually geared me towards a newer less expensive car (with less mileage too) and without pressure I had opted for the older model myself, with more features. Jon made me feel comfortable and spoke openly about what I had in mind for a purchase. I took it for a test drive and then was assisted by Shayne and Jason as Jon had to step out for the afternoon. Both were fair and prompt at earning my business and having me leave a happy and satisfied customer. Kim in finance was also fantastic to deal with. Recently moved to Halifax and was looking to buy a 2022 Honda Ridgeline. I emailed requests for quotations from multiple dealers and my Sales Consultant Kelly King at Kings County Honda was the first to follow up in person. Throughout the negotiation process Kelly was transparent and fair, all fees, warranties etc.were included in the negotiated price, so there were no surprises in terms of the final cost. Kelly also didn't add on extras that I didn't ask for. She stayed true to what I had asked in the original quotation and Kings Country came in with the lowest price for my new purchase.

Given supply shortages there was a delay between my purchase and delivery but Kelly remained in constant contact providing a regular check in to let me know of the order status. Having some follow up with me, rather than having to do the follow up myself on delivery status was a breath of fresh air given other recent experiences during Covid. In the end, the delivery was within the delivery window I was originally promised when purchasing.

Finance Services Manager Kim Whynot was courteous and respectful in walking me through the various extended warranties and she even arranged for my plate to arrive by mail saving me an extra trip to Kentville for pickup.

Overall I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Kings County Honda, I feel that I was treated fairly and respectfully, and didn't experience some of the more traditional car buying games that tend to make the process so exhausting. Kings County Honda's team were interested in earning and competing for my business. If your in the market for a vehicle within the Halifax area, the extra drive to Kentville might be worth your time - it was for me.

After much research, I was certain it was the 2017 RAV4 at Kings Honda I was after. Never considered a 2017 Honda CR-V, but with the two vehicles sitting side by side, Sales Consultant, Jon Nolet, pointed out the pros and cons of each. Jon educates, rather than sells. And that makes all the difference in a vehicle purchasing experience.

Financial Services Manager, Kim Whynot was delightful and helpful. Again, no pushiness, just helpful advice. I highly recommend the team at Kings Honda for a friendly, stress-free vehicle purchase.

The staff is very friendly and always helpful when it comes to encountering and aiding me with a problem about my car. They do fast and efficient work doing any job and are very flexible with in person, by phone or online booking for any appointment you may need. Always a treat

Kings Honda's sales department and management team are one of the worst car dealerships I have ever had the unfortunate experience to meet. They have ZERO customer service skills. They are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. The Honda name can only carry this small town dealership for so long in todays face pace ever changing automotive industry.
Kings Honda 's sales department and management team need to be reminded that if it weren't for customers they would NOT have their jobs. Furthermore, by the looks of King's Honda very small and outdated 1960's building it is obvious it needs a bigger and more modern dealership.
In the meantime, don't waste your time on this small town small minded hick dealership. Go to Halifax as I did to buy a new Honda from a modern, reputable and professional Honda dealership where customer service is still their #1 priority.

Purchased a 2019 Honda CRV from them today. The sales staff and finance staff were very accommodating. No pressure or rushing from any of the staff, and were very attentive.

While I did not deal directly with Kings County Honda, I had the very questionable "pleasure" of providing my own professional services to a member of their sales staff.

The management of Kings County Honda may wish to reconsider who they permit to wear their branded attire in public, since it represents their face and reputation in the community.

As it happens, I just made a purchase of a Dodge Journey several weeks ago and am now thankful that I was spared the indignity of having to deal with such an offensive, arrogant and rude member of their sales staff.

By all means purchase a Honda, a worthy, well-loved and reliable brand, but I suggest that you do so out side of Kings County.
