Seems like they don't knw how to use x-ray equipment it was very hardly put in mouth now i get swelling at same place even i can't eat i had a appointment for extraction but i will prefer to go some more
professionals

Horrific experience. Seems like they're taking your insurance for all its worth. Then when you go to get a couple cavities filled watch out as she warns you she's going to cause "ELECTRICAL SHOCK FEELINGS IN YOUR LIPS AND TOUNGUE"! Also couldn't figure out how to take x-rays. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The workmanship for the bite plates is terrible; both top & bottom broke within 5 months; not a reliable dental office

Unquestionably the best dentist experiences I have ever had. Dr. Marchesi and team has totally reversed my viewpoint on dentistry, bringing an unparalleled level of professionalism and empathy to the field. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service was offered when needed with very little wait time. Problems arising were quickly dealt with and the end result was fully satisfactory.

Covid has made simple dental check ups not so simple but Dr Marchesi and her staff have gone out of there way to ensure patients are safe and comfortable. Dr. Marchesi is excellent at her job. The hygenist Laura gave me the best cleaning I ever received the other day. The young receptionist was very cheery and helpful and quick to get us squared away. Great overall experience.

I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for how I was treated when I was there earlier this month. Much of my anxiety around going to the dentist is based on the shame I feel for not flossing enough and the negative reactions/shaming behaviour I've experienced from other dentists in the past. And then that's compounded with the fear of pain, because I had let things go for so long.

From my first conversation with Allie, I felt like I was in a safe place. You were empathetic and I felt zero judgement. I can't emphasize how much that influenced my decision to start getting my cleanings again. I've shared my wonderful experience with everyone and I know and have been comforted that many others struggle with going to the dentist as well. I've recommended your team to everyone I know!

And as a bonus, I've been using the waterpix everyday (that was recommended at my visit). It's really helping to strengthen my gums and make them less sensitive. Although I'm not quite ready to tackle an appt without sedation, I can forsee things being much smoother in the near future.

Visited first of week for an emergency extraction which I self diagnosed completely wrong. The dentist was more than professional and thorough- properly identified the root cause (get it)!
The staff was fantastic! Warm and welcoming at an awkward time with this pandemic. I am very comfortable in returning and having this practice cater to my entire family. Very happy!

Dr. Marchesi and all of the staff at Kingswood Dentistry are amazing! They provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and are very efficient. We've been patients for 2 years now since moving to Kingswood. The staff are really great with kids, and my girls love going to the dentist now, and they feel comfortable.

I've been in for 2 separate cleanings and a round of fillings and I have had a good experience during each visit. The office is clean, comfortable, modern, and well kept. The dentist is fast, efficient, careful, knowledgeable, and precise. Her assistants/hygienists do a great job while being very friendly, informative, and pleasant which promotes a relaxing environment. All of the work is well done without any pain and I have had almost no discomfort after leaving as well. The staff all do an amazing job at helping me fit within my insurance limitations, and accommodating me when I need to reschedule appointments.

Overall a big recommendation from me. They care about their patients, and they go above and beyond!
