Koodo Shop

Good location overall; workers there are nice and try to help. Koodo in general is an acceptable provider, but it lacks a lot of services for customers.

I’ve used this particular Koodo shop twice in the last month and both times have been good experiences. Evan and the other staff member were very knowledgeable about their own systems. They both created solutions for me in super quick timeframes! Thank you Koodo / Telus.

There was no one there it was a regular work day. And the Telus store was closed. Very frustrating

Decided to write a review as I read some before heading out to the mall and many of them were negative.
I was at the booth at the Mic Mac Mall, last Friday, July 28th.
I needed help to transfer information from my old phone to another phone.
Received excellent service from Scott.

Both times I’ve been there service has been great, most recently but Shawn S but the other gentlemen who was working with him july 2nd has helped me before

Went for a new phone. Assured all features of previous plan would be forwarded. LIE! They discontinued long distance plan but the bill was the same. I was met with huge charges. Koodo blew me off. Turns out all bets are off when you purchase new phone. Thanks for scamming me Will from MicMacMall Koodo. Stay away from these crooks.

Had a decent time setting up my phone plan at this kiosk. Teller was nice but took over 2 hours to do. When I got my first bill I was double charged 100$ connection fees. Really crummy! Plus my new Iphone was stolen from my car later. (Review does not reflect that)

The kiosk does not manage over billings they just expect you to not notice.

Specifically went out of my way to visit the booth and speak with a person about transferring one kid's bill to my co-parent. Was told it was no problem at all, we can do that! Got charged a surprise $610 a week later and spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to reverse it. Now have to go get a Sim card and undo the mess the booth representative made. Super frustrated.
