Took my Golf there today. Fast, professional, and reasonable. I like. Will return.

I tried these guys a few times. I had a misfire in cylider 3. They took it in, charged me, code came back. This happened twice until they finally did a full cleaning of the fuel system, what they should have done in the first place. Instead they got two visits out of me which cost about as much as the cleaning.
No more code, but now my brakes are bad? Just had them done before xmas, weird. Take it in and they replaced the master cylider. Seemed extreme, but ok, they're they experts. Now, a few months later (and this is not a daily driver) the brake fluid is leaking out a lot, it is unsafe to drive and they won't back their work. They said it was nothing they would have done. They replaced the master cylider! Now I'm no genius, but Im pretty sure it might have something to do with that.
Anyway, I think they are too busy and miss stuff, like they only replaced the lines on one side. They may have been a great place at some point but none of my visits have been very positive. The only reason I went there was I wanted someone who knows Audi's, I could've (and now will) taken it to my much cheaper mechanic who works on everything but these guys were experts. Friendly, yes. Quality, not so much.

My first trip there was to have the car re-calibrated as it wasn’t recognizing a newly installed throttlebody. They did the recalibration and found some other issues and did not charge me for the initial scan. I went back the following week and the car seem to be doing fine. I was told that they would test drive the car and give it a good check over and if it was working fine to take it home and if it started acting up again to bring it back. They weren’t going to charge me for the initial scan, but I wanted to include it because they were very helpful and could have conducted an extensive check of the wiring, which would have cost me quite a bit more money. Honest, friendly knowledgeable, staff, who won’t overcharge or do unnecessary work.
