My friend and I have been going here for years. They have had their last 2 chances; we stopped going in the spring.
Our (last 2) pedicures were dreadful, rushed, and the polish started coming off within a week or 2. In the past, my polish has always stayed on until my next pedicure, approx 5 or 6 weeks later.
After my final (bad) experience, I needed and booked a pedicure a mere 2 weeks later at a local spot, Mango Nails, where I have been going ever since.

I have tried many places in HRM and this is by far my favorite. They are a bit difficult to understand and don’t communicate well in English but the work they do is always far better than anywhere else I’ve tried. I even had to go to them to fix the terrible job done by another shop and they did a fantastic job and did what they could to fix the nails with as little charge to me as possible.

Worst experience ever! As someone who works in the beauty community we are trained to never be so disrespectful to clients! You go to have a nice experience and feel pampered! Not just paint your nails. Cause frankly. I can do that at home!
They have the Toronto news on. No music or anything creating a pleasant atmosphere! You are just treated like a number so they can get you in and out and of course the entire time they don’t speak to you. They just all talk to each other in their own language! Which is so incredibly rude! Their number one priority should be for the comfort and care of their clients so they have a good experience, They want to come back and even get a tip. Not talking to each other!
My entire experience was very fast! Had someone working on my feet and my hands at the same time. And as a result. My nails have bubbles on them. And I was not pampered!
My sister who is pregnant and just wanted to feel pretty came with me and had a way worse experience then I did. On top of her experience They did not convey to her properly what everything was going to cost before they did it. Until she went to the till and couldn’t believe the crazy price! And straight up broke down in tears!
On top of the that. The machine wasn’t even working! I had to leave to get out cash and had to leave my sister, while she sat there and cried.
I do not recommend this place at all!

By far my favorite place to go. I pretty well deal with same person every time. Been going there since it opened. They are more busier and rushed at certain times of day but the same everywhere. I do agree the language barrier is annoying and they should do more to speak in English.to their clients.

I have an issue with ingrown toe nails. This is the only place that can remove them properly. I will not go anywhere else. They have the best selection of colour and the cutest designs. I have been going to them for 2yrs now:)

I was impressed the first two times i went, but i am very upset with my recent visit.it was already frustrating enough that they barely speak english which makes it extremely difficult to communicate with them which is obviously a very important part of this job.the guy who did my nails took almost 2 HOURS! Absolutely ridiculous.he didn’t even know what the shape i wanted was (stiletto) i had to describe them as “pointy”. It took over an hour for him just to shape them, and he kept applying WAY too much acrylic powder and now i have excess stuck under my nails and they are all unevenly shaped.at one point while shaping my nails he stopped to check his phone! Another lady ended up doing my polish and they were both very rude.never have the same person either and it’s so upsetting when you trust that the technician knows what they’re doing and they end up being totally clueless.i had a gift card for $50 which said “no tax” which i assumes meant i didn’t have to pay tax, but it meant NOT INCLUDING THE TAX! And they never tell you whether the polish is bio gel or solar so you never know if it will end up being $50 or $55 and the tax situation is always very confusing.i ended up paying $55 plus tax so about $63.also do not have a website which is very sketchy.so angry with my experience and will not be returning.
