I had an issue with my tooth I called they got me in that day they fixed my tooth I am so appreciative to the care, Kindness and professionalism by Dr. Essa and Hannah!

Was so thankful that they helped me out would recommend to anybody they were absolutely great!

Had 3 fillings done with no freezing. Was very worried at first about the no-freezing thing, but it was pain free, quick and looks awesome. I am a high anxiety patient and this was easily my best procedure experience ever! All the thumbs way up!

If anyone is anxious about needles, had a bad dentist experience in the past, or just generally scared of the dentist, this is the place to go. I am really, really anxious about getting freezing done, the needle freaks me out.

I was treated with the utmost compassion by the staff here. Dr. Easa and Doreen is the dream team for me. Dr. Easa is the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever been to. Doreen helped me with my anxiety, she comforted me and ensured I was very comfortable during the whole procedure.

With deep sincerity, I had the best dental experience of my life at this clinic. I won't be nearly as nervous next time I need freezing done. To add to the above, the admin ladies are so incredibly helpful and informative. Thank you so much!

Dr Major is amazing, and the hygienists are all wonderful!

Just be aware that they might change the time of your appointment and not provide any notification or bring it to your attention when they call to confirm.

I just missed an appointment today as they changed the time from 1pm to 12: 30pm, but all my appointment reminders say 1pm. I'm sure when they called to confirm they said 1pm, but they insisted they said 12: 30pm. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm either way, but all my paperwork shows 1pm, so that was the time I had planned. I also didn't get a text reminder today as I usually do, so I think some of the appointment scheduling stuff is squirrely.

I was unable to provide this feedback to the office as the person handling it was not available.

Update: Got a callback this morning, unsatisfactory answer. Basically, no apology for the change or lack of notification, it's completely fine to just give you a call a few days before the apt and to confirm you're coming. But not to mention the time had changed or why. They won't call to make sure you're okay with the change or can make it. And if you can't, you can reschedule. Which you're looking at a couple of months wait for your usual hygienist or you can try to get in sooner to see someone else.

Went there for a cleaning and the hygienist was very thorough.

Sherry, at the front desk, was also very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me.

My husband and I have been going here for over a year. We are both anxious dental patients but the staff here makes you feel welcome and supported. Last time they actually got me a soft blanket! Recently I had to have some fillings replaced that were put in wrong (everyone makes mistakes). They were 100% understanding and didn’t charge me again for the new fillings. Amazing dental practice. Best dentist office I have ever had.

Edit: just wanted to add that the current dentist is not the one who made the errors. In fact Dr Major is excellent at what she does. I have never had a problem with anything she has done for me.

I had two bad wisdom teeth, the pain was unreal. They got me in and got them pulled out within 3 hours. Amazing. Very thankful.
