Have always had a positive experience with the service department. Helpful and flexible, yet punctual and professional. Many thanks to Vince and other crew members.

Arrogant, unprofessional, rude etc are some of the ways I would describe this dealership. Would not recommend.

I was dealing with the worst luck over the last 24 hrs and Eric, the service advisor as well as the phenomenal lady working front customer service went above and beyond to get me on the road after a major mishap. Highly recommend this service dept, especially coming from out of province with a Range Rover I did not purchase from them.

All they want you to do is sign the papers and leave, won’t answer any questions and if you have a problem they give you a number to call, do not buy from them. It’s a joke!

Worst experience, judged the moment we walked into the dealership, didn’t want to take the time to help and left us standing in the parking lot, ended up going somewhere else and bought a new Volvo XC90 R design, their loss, shouldn’t judge people on how they look
