Don’t go here! We purchased a van from here, right from the start after driving it off the lot it shuddered around 100km on the highway. We mentioned it to our salesman Rodney, who said he’d look into it. They fixed what they thought was the problem but it wasn’t. When we went for a 2nd opinion, we were told our transmission was gone. Needless to say when I contacted Laneway about the transmission problem, they said there’s nothing they can do, even though it has been a problem since the start. Spend your money somewhere else!

My spouse and I recently purchased a vehicle through Rodney at Laneway and I was so impressed with how he listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect ride! He went over and above board with helping ensure the whole process went smoothly and truly worked hard to make us happy. I would definitely recommend Laneway and this is the second vehicle we got through them. I would not even think of going elsewhere as Rodney is the best! We appreciate all your hard work!

We started taking our Mazda here to get work done because it was the closest place to us but can't say enough amazing things about the team of people here. There so transparent and upfront about everything that we will never go anywhere else. They always spend a great deal of effort trying to find the best prices on parts and the one time our quote ended up being slightly over what was said over the phone (which I would never hold anyone too these days as prices and time in I feel is always a rough estimate till you get the bill) they dropped whatever they could as low as they could to make it the same. When our Mazda finally dies we know where we will be going for our next car. If we could leave a ten star rating we would thanks so much for all you do

Rodney at Laneway made sure I knew all the details of the car I had agreed to get from a dealership in NB, compared to a car at Laneway Auto. He saved me from choosing a car that had had 2 major accidents and a horrible variable interest rate. Then, he went the extra mile to make sure I had nothing to worry about when canceling my previous contract (of which I signed just 2 days earlier and hadn't recieved the car yet).

The 2016 Hyundai Elantra I bought from Laneway had on new winters tires, new brakes, and changed parts that were effected and a brand new MVI.
Ive had a recent part replacement done there since purchasing the car, and it was hassle-free and they gave me a vehicle to borrow while my car was being worked on.

They took great care of me and made it a seemless and joyful experience to purchase my first car!
They are really friendly and treat the customer like family!

Grandaughter bought a 2012 Nissan Altima for 8000.00 from Rodney end of August 2022 and so far manifold had to be replaced and now transmission is gone. She needed this for university and now she’s out of pocket. We were not warned about the issues with transmission

Rodney got me into the vehicle I wanted in less than 5 hours, and had it delivered to my door the same night! Super convenient as I'm an hour and a half away from his dealership.
