Dr. Aly and Anna were simply amazing with my 8 year old. She was very nervous for her first filling and they were so comforting! Highly recommend!

With gentle persuasion by my hygienist, Lori, I finally saw the wisdom of getting two of those 30+ year-old amalgam fillings removed (by Dr. Lawen) and replaced by new crowns. Assisting personnel were supportive and encouraging. A lot of great adjectives have been used in other reviews, and patient experiences have yet to run out of complimentary phrases for Dr. Lawen and staff. And to those, I add my own experience where their communication skills - whether by way of phone, email, or in person - go a long way to building patient confidence.

I can't say enough amazing things about this dental office. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, and despite my nervousness around the dentist, they've been gentle and help explain every step of the way. This week I had pain in a tooth and they got me in the next morning, took care of it right away, and made me feel very validated in my experience! My only warning is that you do have to pay up front because they don't do direct billing, but my insurance usually compensates me the same day so it's no biggie. Couldn't recommend them enough if you're looking for a kind, reliable, accomodating dental office!

My 6-month cleaning and check-up went fine. Sylvia, as usual, was friendly and professional-always makes the visit informative and comfortable.

My previous dentist retired so it was my first first visit with Dr. Sarah Hunter. I needed a molar pulled and I had high anxiety going into the appointment but she was very professional and made me feel at ease. All went better then I ever expected and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The staff are very friendly and work hard to make patients feel comfortable. I felt very involved in the whole process, getting to see 3D scan of my mouth. They got me in on short notice and took care of a couple cavities without delay.

This place is better than spring garden dentistry in my experience. Although I have had to wait upwards of over half an hour past my appointment times, and had my appointment canceled on me because I had called ahead to inform them I'd be ten minutes late in another instance. But other than these inconveniences, the staff have been wonderful.

The Invisalign process is so streamlined they have it down to a science, the whole thing is ridiculously efficient. I wouldn’t consider going to another dentist again really. You guys are the best!

It was really lovely. I chipped my tooth a bit this morning. I chipped my front tooth that already had bonding and some chipped because I was watching a video by Ralph Smart on YouTube and I love their videos which is why I watched early in the morning and funny, the video was about controlling negative thought, and then my phone slipped off the shower shelf and slammed to the ground of the shower and I thought about how my phone screen may have broken but it didn't but I got water in my (iPhone) speaker but my phone is okay but the audio was trapped between water molecules in the speaker so the sound was not clear right.so I put the bottom of my phone to my mouth to try and suck out some water and I chipped my tooth. But alas! I gave a quick morning call to Lawen Dentistry and a few others (who were so lovely, just no space) but Lawen's desk associate was so lovely and I explained my issue and how I was nearby and serendipitously (wonderfully, incredibly, miraculously) I received a call back wondering if I could make it in to have the bonding chip redone within like 10 minutes. I was like, YES. I was so happy, I jogged there in the rain (I didn't care, I was so happy). I was a bit late (like 15-17 minutes) and it wasn't a problem, I still felt bad because I felt they were sneezing me in. Okay fast forward, they were very, very COVID safe in my opinion, ventilated rooms if you are very worried, but what I loved most was their kindness.

The dentist and assistant were very kind to me, just as the desk associate who I spoke to on the phone was. I loved their communication as a team, it was lovely to watch and very comforting. You could tell the office was full of love and clean and they had people coming after me too, young people, old people, middle people, all just people. Yes. So lovely, I am happy and very satisfied and I am looking forward to returning. (oh yeah, my tooth looks great too, hehe)

Wonderful dental clinic. Just had a very difficult molar extraction performed by the Dr Lawen team. I have attended this clinic for more than 25 years and have always been very well looked after by everyone. A more caring dental team I cannot imaging. Thank you everyone!
