The two girls that were working were so helpful. The one guy doing a return looked like he could use a break. The girls were so helpful in finding the pants I needed, and showed me other options as well.

Awesome store. Buy all your clothes from here it’s actually so good the workers there are top tier and like the clothes are PERFECT quality and it’s not even expensive LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE don’t go to any other omg

My daughter and I were shopping yesterday. There were at least 3 staff working - and two additional people who were either staff or friends. They provided zero help. I had to go back and forth to get my daughter sizes. No one helped - although they looked at us. They were too busy standing at the cash telling stories. Terrible service at the Dartmouth Crossing store.

I had the best experience, they were able to help me find the sizes I need, they had a selection of larger pants that actually fit me and were so quick and on top of it to go and get me different sizes and colours in so many different types. I tried on half the store and she was amazing helping me each time helping me find the mix of style and colour and size.

Great experience at the Levi’s in Dartmouth crossing- front desk staff helped me look for my perfect size and gave great suggestions.

Editing my original review after a return visit and after chatting with a knowledgeable staff person. He told me extended sizes are important and that they are coming to the store and to check back. They did have some extended sizes and styles, likely from returns, in-store so I will be checking back.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Went to this store for the first time hoping to find a new pair of jeans and figured Levi was a great brand. I was the only customer in the store and it was around 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. There was three staff. I walked around for about 15 minutes trying to find my size and pulling different styles of jeans. Not once was I approached or greeted. Staff were all at the cash too busy sharing pics in their phone. I stood there with my arms full of jeans looking at the staff and even though they made eye contact with me, I was completely ignored. I didn’t bother trying on anything and left. Terrible customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at this store! The staff are so friendly and attentive and there’s a great selection of jeans to choose from.
