Lifemark Physiotherapy Tantallon

I have been going to Lifemark on and off for years. Staff is always so friendly and Julia is very knowledgeable and always puts my mind at ease.

I recently worked with Jodi Snair from the Lifemark location in Tantallon for physiotherapy services for a broken wrist. She is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable and she provided me with lots of exercise options to help in my recovery. I definitely recommend Jodi and will go back again if the need ever arises.

Julia is top notch. She always explains the issues comprehensively, uses models and demonstrates the proper exercises. I always look forward to our conversations, treatment, and friendliness.

This clinic has been outstanding in their personal approach to understanding my situation. Julia is my physio and was able to assess my post surgery symptoms, design a specialized therapy regime and setup a personalized appointment schedule all during the first session. The results.my hematoma has been reduced to 90% of its size after only three weeks of therapy! Plus she has been able to mobilize my muscles and eliminate muscle cramping and nerve pain at the same time. And I fully believe Julia had my best interests in mind by not dragging the process or sessions out. If you are looking for sound advice from a.professional who is conscientious, transparent and most of all trustworthy I highly suggest you start with Julia. Thanks!

She put extra time and thought into finding the source of my problem and then helped me to solve it. As a Physio myself, I appreciate the effort and her direct communications. I now refer people to the Tantallon clinic knowing they’ll be in good hands with the friendly and capable staff there.
