Quickly got in for treatment, was assessed by an amazing team, given acupuncture which worked quickly for me for my injury and helped me heal and get back to work quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the business and would go back in a second for any future needs!

Was a good experience i definitely recomend it. They know there stuff keep you in the loop with everything going on. Help inside and out threw your journey to recovery.

I was in a bad car accident back in February and was referred to Lifemark.they are incredible! From the friendly and caring Admin staff, to my Physio Therapist Linda, my Massage Therapist Sophia, Gabrielle managing my case.and of course the always helpful Dave.they've all been incredible in helping me get my life back. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without them- thank you so much!

I have had neck and shoulder pain on and off for several years caused by a fall and overuse of muscles, particularly on my left side. Linda always knows how to target the actual source of the discomfort and does a great job of alleviating the pain and gives me the exercises necessary to strengthen the weakened muscles.

I went to see Sophia for a massage. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and I would say she’s pushing her customers to write reviews. What I experienced wasn’t pleasant.

I attended physiotherapy sessions with Linda MacLaggan starting February 2020. Since then Linda has provided the most competent and appropriate treatment for my complaint.
Linda quickly diagnosed the problem and began treatment. She explained clearly what was was the problem, and what and why the treatment needed to be done and the likely duration of the treatment.
She was absolutely correct, and there has been considerable improvement in my health.
As soon as I met and spoke with Linda, i knew I was dealing with an experienced and competent physiotherapist. I felt absolutely confident that she could help me. And she has done just that.

Linda is the ultra professional. First of all, the treatment is succeeding, and I am feeling better. The procedures were explained in language easy to understand and Linda’s friendly and kind manner put me at
ease.
One of Linda’s clients recommended her to me. Their doctor was amazed at their patient’s recovery after serious surgery. That was a lucky day for me.
I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who needs such care.

Lifemark has been amazing to me for quite some time now. My therapist Sophia helped me through some back pain due to swimming, and I've never felt better! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone due to their friendly staff and great service!

I am a medically released veteran who experiences chronic pain, along with other medical issues. Ever since I started here it has been a positive experience. All the staff there are wonderful, professional, competent and supportive. More specifically; Sophia (RMT), Jen (RMT), Alex (Kinesiologist), Mark (Physiotherapist) and Chuck (Chiropractor) have been doing an excellent job helping me recover from my service related injuries. As well, all the front desk staff are kind, caring, understanding and put up with my nonsense. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs these kinds of treatments or any other of the services this establishment provides as I am sure the rest of the staff whom I do not see are just as great.

This location is excellent! The staff are very kind, polite, and organized. I have been seeing Sophia (a massage therapist) at this location regularly for a little over a year and she has helped me greatly with the back pain I face as someone who sits at a computer desk for the majority of the day. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is seeking the services they offer!

I had sudden onset vertigo with associated oscillopsia and nausea. Linda (vestibular physio) was absolutely incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I cannot imagine being able to return to work or my daily activities without Linda’s therapeutic managements.

Sophya is my massager, i found her the best, knowledgeable and experienced massager in town. I will highly recommend her.

Best clinic I have been to in HRM. Conveniently located, it is also efficiently run, has a very welcoming staff as soon as you walk in, is clean, has plenty of parking, and my appointments always start on time. My chiropractor Chuck Dauphinee is so friendly, very knowledgeable and I look forward to my appointments with him. I find my treatment is very effective and it has greatly improved my overall movement. I highly recommend this Lifemark Clinic.

After well over a year being off work with a back injury with the Fire Dept, I tried physio and chiro here and there but no with real organized program. After my back surgery in January I was skeptical that physio would help me at all but through my work they set me up with Mark and Alex and Lifemark. Both of them are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic therapists and through a 7-week rehabilitation program I learned this first hand.

Alex is there kinesiologist on staff and through his progressive coaching and training, I not only learned how to do exercises properly (since I've been lifting the wrong way for YEARS) but I learned a few things I never thought I could do. Who would have thought he could get someone to the level of doing freakin handstands not even 3 months after a disc surgery? With a well thought out, progressive program we were able to do just that.

After Alex would finish really challenging me in the gym, Mark would be there to make sure everything was running smoothly, check my mobility, loosen up my back if it was stiff in any places and keep me on track for the next session.

All in all this was an amazing experience and program. The two of them are great to talk to and I really couldn't be where I am now without them. After only a few days after my program had ended (and only a few days over a month since my back surgery) I was cleared to take my "fit for duty" assessment and completely destroyed it! Now I could be back to fighting fires in a matter of weeks so I fantc thank Lifemark enough for everything.

If I ever happen to get injured again (I really hope not) I know exactly where I'm requesting to be sent and I'll be recommending this place every chance I can!

Simply amazing, I've been to so many places, without much luck before someone recommended Lifemark to me. Everyone I've dealt with here, the front desk staff/therapists/kinesiologist have been incredible, very knowledgeable, kind and so helpful. Most recently been working with Alex (kinesiologist), so brilliant, made me feel comfortable from the start and really really helped me. Alex's is pure sunshine. No matter what your particular concern is I highly recommend Lifemark at the Canada Games Center. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Lifemark at Canada Games Centre. I've been going over 18 months for various treatments for chronic issues. I've been to countless clinics and this is one I'm going to stick with. Currently seeing Jen Jackson (massage, couldn't ask for better treatment or personality), and Linda (concussion physio, really knows her stuff and up to date on knowledge). I've also seen Alex (kinesiologist - patient, knowledgeable, motivational) for an extended period of time. The front staff are extremely polite, professional, and go out of their way (especially Susan! Thanks Susan). Zero complaints, lots of improvement, great to deal with. Their people really know their stuff. Very Veteran friendly. Highly recommend.

I started coming to lifemark initially for physiotherapy. My physiotherapist is Nick, he is always incredible to work with he's very knowledgeable and really takes his time to make sure you understand what you need to be doing for home care.
I also recently started seeing one of their RMTs, Jenn. She is great! She was very easy to open up to and made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed.
All of the staff is friendly, definitely an estblishment that I will be recommending to others.
