Very unique business. We enjoyed ciders, appetizers, and coffee the next day all in one location. The staff was wonderful, the atmosphere also. Great views while enjoying adult beverages!

Nice place with food, coffee and of course beers. Server was somewhat disinterested. Beers and ciders were good. Nice view of Lunenburg and the harbour. Pizza looked good, although we didn't buy it having just had lunch in Mahone Bay.

Beer is great. The location is beyond perfect. The wood fired prosciutto pizza might be the best pizza I have ever eaten.

Beautiful patio on the water, food was amazing due to both talented cooks and fresh ingredients. They even have a coffee stand where we got ice smoothies. Prices were reasonable

Excellent food and drink. Friendly, helpful service! Stunning view! Really enjoyed the walk up bar and canteen style food service, much prefer that over being tied down to a server at a restaurant, especially when the service is so great.

Best place in Lunenberg! You can order food and drinks. For the food, we ordered the clam chowder which is the best I've ever had in Nova Scotia! It is really not expensive. We also had a drink tasting of 4 ciders and 1 beer. You can choose which drinks you want to taste. From the opened dining room, you have the best view of Lunenburg harbour. The sunset was phenomenal from this place! I really think that it is the best spot in Lunenburg.

The drinks and food were absolutely delicious! The patio has an incredible view of Lunenburg and it was just so peaceful. They allow dogs on the patio too which was perfect! I would highly recommend

Perfect spot to have a brew by the water. There’s tons of tables/places to sit on the patio. We didn’t have any food but the menu looks great! The beer was delicious as well. We weren’t able to get a flight on this visit but we will definitely be back!

Nice ambience and view from its lovely outlook over the water (during our late summer visit). The bartender was pleasant and knowledgeable about the large variety of craft beer and cider on tap.
Discovering this brew pub on their Trivia night was a bonus too!

Beautiful location with amazing food and beverages. The pizza is definitely worth a return visit. The evening concert are not to be missed.

The place offers a nice selection of craft beers, ciders and other drink (such as hard seltzer or hard iced tea). The view is incredible and the buildings will make you feel like a fisherman in the 1800s. The only hiccup about this place is that the food menu can change (none of the advertised items were available, but only sushi bowls and pizzas, which were good but did not represent the announced menu). In the end, it is still one of the nicest and fairly priced places in Lunenburg!

The ambiance/beauty of the location was better than I've ever experienced at a brewery. They had a single IPA offering, but that one was very, very good - and the style I prefer (West Coast, low malt, high hop, fruit notes). The food was good but the servings small (but they didn't pretend they were going to serve you a big plate). I could spend a week in Lunenburg and every happy hour at the brewery.

Very nice patio and good selection of beer. If going for beer this place is great and best spot in lunenberg. Reason for a two star is the espresso and espresso based drinks are disgusting. They don't train their employees at all as far as I can tell. Was there on weekend and they pulled probably a 60 gram shot in 20 seconds max. Was just spewing out of machine and barista seemed to have no idea. Was totally undrinkable. They really need to sort this out they have all the equipment to do things right just some basic training on how to use their machine.

The food at boathouse bites and the coffee were phenomenal! And you can't beat the view on a nice day.

This is the place to go if you have a kid or a dog with you:) it’s super chill and amazing views!

I like how businesses don’t update their websites or phone messages to say that they are closed. Drove all the way out to lune burg for lunch and nothing was open yet there webpages said they were open. What a waste of time

Very nice place with a taproom, small adjoining restaurant and a coffee shop. We stayed the night in our RV as Harvest Host guests. It's peaceful with beautiful views.

The beer is good and the scenery is incredible. It's great that they have live music too. Lots of complaints about the food vendors they were hiring though. Recommend you eat elsewhere.

Absolutely picturesque setting, across the harbour from Lunenburg, in which to enjoy a cappuccino from The Barn coffee house or a craft brew from Lightship Brewery.

Great draft and cider selections with an amazing view.
We got the Holy Mackerel Draft and Wild Cherry Cider.

Only had coffee as it was a morning visit. Coffee was great and the view of Lunenburg harbour is exceptional.
