This shop did a great job of getting the deep creases out of my suit that I had folded up and travelled with for months. They were able to press and stream my suit and return it to me in just three hours, exactly as promised. Staff are friendly and dependable. I’ll definitely go here again for my future suit cleaning needs!

This place is sort of a mess. I was quoted a week wait time for my items, went to get them and she hadn’t even started. I said I’d be back the following day to get them, but actually didn’t return for another 4 days. When I came the second time, she then said she “forgot” to do one side of my pants. I haven’t tried on my items yet but let’s just say my expectations are not high! Wouldn’t recommend if you need something by a certain date.

Lilian provided really excellent service, dry-cleaning a full suit in 36 hours despite also having a lot of other work to do. And the suit was perfect. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

In my own opinion, I was not happy with professionalism from this shop based on how I was treated.
I had a prom dress altered and requested to use the trimmings, to make a handkerchief and bow tie. I was given a receipt of $175. Just when Iwas in the car, I called her back to ask what time to pick up the dress on a Sunday. It was then she told me on the phone she forgot to put the cost for the bow tie and handkerchief and when I asked her she said it would now be a total of $200.
On pick up day, she asked my husband to come back in 6 hours and when they did, she charged $25 for the handkerchief and did not make the bow tie. He told my husband to pay additional cost for the bow tie. We were expecting to pay $200 plus tax as she told us for the 175 dress alteration and hankerchief and bow tie made from the trimmings taken from the gown.
She told my husband to pay in cash as their wifi was not working then and she did not give my husband a receipt.
I called on phone to let her know that she told me that the whole service was a total of $200 which she told me on the phone and this would include the bow tie and handkerchief but she denied this and said she never came up with the price of $200 and I said if she did not tell me how then would I come up with such an amount. And in fact my daughter was there during the initial appointment to testify we asked for the handkerchief and bow tie to be made. On pick up day, she did not make the bow tie and asked for additional money on top of the money we paid in cash. I also asked for the receipt to be given and she told us to pick it up the next week. She hanged up the phone on me and when I tried to call back to explain what we had agreed on, time to pick up the receipt, she would pick up and hang up right away. This is not how I expected a customer should be treated.
I certainly had a bad experience and will not come back here anymore.

I ordered a couple face masks from this shop. They were very quick to respond and answer my questions. They were quick to ship and the quality was great. I would use this shop again recommend them.

I have to echo a previous review. Took my suit pants to get tailored. Said I needed it within a week, she said no problem. Come back a week and I realize she hasn’t even started. She says come back in an hour. Let’s just say I don’t have high hopes for the quality of the tailoring for a rush job for my suit.would not recommend any work for your important clothing.
Come back an hour later.still working on it and I need to wait another 30mins
