Its a nice spot to interact with some cats. The manager was very friendly and let us in without an appointment. Theres not much to the Cafe side, but the room to interact with the cats is very clean and well kept.

I am not allowed cats where I live presently so the Lily Pad Lounge is a perfect place for me to get my fix (so to speak).
The lady that runs the business is very nice. I have taken each of my grand children who were not really cat people. They have warmed upto them, enjoy their visits and want to go back. I am so happy there is such a place! I highly recommend visiting there.

Brought my little guy here for some chill time with the kitties and it was great. About 10 cats and almost all of them were very social. If you're looking for a kitty to adopt I do reccomend checking this place out! I'd only say that I wish there was more food and drink available but otherwise it's awesome:)

This place is really great for people who want to adopt a cat and wants to know how they interact with them and other things. Its also really great for hanging out with friends. The entry fee is not that much and its really worth it. The staff is lovely and the place is clean and cats look happy and healthy

I love this place. It's dangerous though lol I went in thinking I was only visiting and going to play with cat. I ended up adopted by these two bonded kittens. Seriously though, it's a magical place and Jody is so knowledgable and friendly. You'll feel right at home there.

I rated this a one star not on the place itself but on the customer service. The girl behind the counter wasn't very friendly and when I mentioned I was here for an appointment, the first thing out of her mouth was, "all the cat's are adopted. " I asked when they will be getting more cat's and she was kinda of cranky with her remarks but did advise probably in a couple of weeks.
I left the store and sat in my car with my friends. We decided to go back in and ask some questions. I asked if I could fill out the adoption forms application form because it said online that I should do it at the location. The representative advise that I couldn't.
My friends also asked questions and the representative wasn't very interactive with us just stood behind the counter with her coat on.
Overall customer service was very poor. I got the impression that she didn't want to be there at work then she should've stayed home.
I feel that the representative could've gave us more information about how the system works, what the cost is if adopting. Very disappointing and a wasted trip from Halifax.
All the cat's were very beautiful and a few came to the window being very curious about our presence.
Sorry for the venting but I think someone needs to know about my visit.
Yes, the cats sell themselves but the customer service puts a sour taste in my mouth.

This is definitely the best place to go if you need to de-stress! There's nothing quite like being surrounded by a herd of loving kitties!

The staff was super friendly and the whole place is cheerful and clean. I was pleased to see a wonderful selection of cat toys, scratch pads, and other feline related articles for sale at very reasonable prices. The kitty cat playroom is huge with lots of windows for viewing the sweet fur babies if people are dropping in to just shop.

We had fun playing with the kitties, and learning about their stories. Can't wait to go meet a new batch!

A nice, calm atmosphere to relax and consider adopting a feline friend. Staff is kind and helpful.
