Horrible customer service. Blatantly ignored by every employee in the store. The store was nearly empty (as usual) so it wasn’t from being busy. I made a remark on my way out and the employee just stared at me with her rbf. Definitely won’t be back.

LOVE this store! We bought our Delongi espresso machine & love it. We also bought a white leather lounger that fits perfectly in our livingroom. High quality products. Friendly staff & fantastic service.

Customer service is absolute garbage! They don't stand behind the products they sell, and can't help you find a solution as it's not their problem as I was told in store. Contacted customer service and still 2 weeks without a response buyer beware don't spend a cent with them

Wasted our time as lady on cash spent 20-30 minutes dealing with older lady paying in 10 rolls of quarters which is out of anyone's control so we waited. Only to then finish up with her and as we stood in front of here with our items only to be ignored, not even looking at us just head down for another 15-20 minutes of her tying to count the quarter again a dollar at a time slowly putting them in different tills 1 dollar at a time before another employee came and bassicly told here to hurry up and ring us through, what a waste of our time should have just left and went else where won't be going back anytime soon
