I got fish and chips, the batter was too oily and I couldn't eat it at all, the fish tasted like nothing not even salt.

Service was absolutely terrible. My waitress laura was rude when i tried to order anything and would ignore us when we tried to get her attention. And when we tried to vet another server to grab her he toldus hes not our server and shotus a nasty glare as he left the table.

Great staff that are engaging and helpful. Knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Chowder was the highlight of the fare, but a good steak and filling appetizers. The atmosphere is endearing and great for catching up and conversation.

Our get together was a good time. Lots of chatting and laughs. The servers went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy with their drinks and food.

Ordered a burger - it came out fast. The bun was rather small. Like if you ordered from McDonald's. A little disappointed. Service was great otherwise. Pleasant atmosphere.

I attended an NSP Retirees function there. As soon as I got in someone greeted me and showed me where to go. Staff was very friendly and took my order right away. I used to go here after old fellas hockey game 25 years ago. The place has gotten a beautiful face lift. I'd go back

Super staff, overall high quality pub food, fun / decent beer selection. A true neighborhood pub.

Stopped in today for lunch, never been to the new spot. Very nice place, not busy. Ordered the calamari which was ok, wife ordered nachos, good as well. But I think I had the worst clubhouse I ever ate. There was only one thin little slice of tomato, the cheese looked like it had been left out, only had 2-3 small pieces of Turkey and one piece of bacon cut in two with a bunch of lettuce. They mayo was squeezed on and not even spread. And the sandwich which is normally cut in 1/4s was cut in half. And no coleslaw, normally clubhouses usually come with a side of coleslaw. Normally it’s hard to mess up a clubhouse but they did a good job of that. I ate half of it because I was starving but didn’t eat the rest. Told the waitress and they took half off, I guess because I ate half of it. Lol. Overall, nice looking spot but food was subpar in my opinion. The waitress was very friendly.

The company I work for hosted a summer social. Food was fantastic. Customer service was pleasant and happy.even with a large crowd. Food was delicious and facilities were very clean. 1st time visiting. I will happily return.

Love the rooftop patio, lose a star for not having elevator working. Food is really good here and drinks are reasonably priced. The patio is great but has no real view as it is eclipsed by the taller building next door and power lines street side. This also means the sun only hits patio for small part of day.

Lots of free parking and there is a few ev charging locations within a few blocks as well.

LoL. I've been reading some of the reviews for this place: Food being garbage, and overpriced;Servers being rude;Ignoring potential customers, etc.

However, none of their reviews compare to what I COULD say about this place, but then again, that could be considered Defamation of Character (slander), under the Criminal Code of Canada, so certain content has been removed.

They know what happened.

Great wings, great screens, and the staff is wonderful. Plus, it's probably the best rooftop patio in town.

I came here with a group for lunch on the patio. The service was very friendly and helpful. The menu specified which options were vegan and gluten free. Some menu options were both.

It had been about 20 years since I last ate at the Lion's Head Tavern. The upgrade is many steps above what they were before. The food and service were both great. The dining room was clean, spacious and modern. The burger and poutine were great.
