What a disappointment this beautiful store has to have a manager or employees who do not respect the people or the world who come to follow inside this store.

Just awful. Rude, disdainful and the pharmacists actually work hard and go out of their way to make your life worse. They seem to feel the tiny bit of power they have as a pharmacist will give them pleasure, if they wield it over you to fuel their sadism

This pharmacy is awful and I just transferred my prescription to the Sobeys on Queen and I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner.

The pharmacists here generally are condescending and curt. The wait times are often over an hour.

The last straw was when I dropped off a prescription last week following major surgery, I let the pharmacist know about my surgery too thinking it might be relevant. She said: “I’m busy so you can wait a few hours or take this to another pharmacist”… I decided to take it to a different pharmacy but asked if I could at buy a bottle of advil I had with me since the line ups at the front of the store were insane. She said: “I’m really busy hun you’ll have to go up front. ” Never been called “hun” before by a pharmacist but ok. I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to refuse to ring one item in despite knowing I just had surgery.

Please, can someone tell that heavy set blonde lady to stop manipulating rotisserie chicken with her bare hands. Everyone uses gloves except her.
